Haven't ordered from this location in a while. Remembered the $5.99 deal and gave it a try today. I love the tracker too so I was eagerly watching. I started to get worried about 25 minutes after my order was "checked for perfection" but still hadn't arrived. I only live about 5 minutes from this location... finally my food arrives. The pizza was so over cooked the crust was actually cracked in the box and on top of that, my order was cold. Didn't get my dipping sauces I paid for either. Very disappointing on NFL Sunday.

Awful. I don't have incredibly high expectations when ordering from Dominos on a Saturday night but this was unacceptable. 45 minutes after ordering we received a call saying their system had crashed. 30 minutes later our delivery driver showed up telling us our pizzas had been "smashed" en route. Convenient, given the delivery fee and tip had already paid when I ordered online. To top it off, our "cheese" pizza had little cheese and no sauce. Will not be ordering again. Save yourself the 90 minute wait and buy a Digiorno for $5

This is definitely my go to place for a pizza fix. I simply order online and go and get a pickup. Unfortunately, there are no locations that are close enough to deliver to my place. As for the pizza, I usually just order a basic large Pepperoni. The flavored crust is absolutely amazing. The ingredients are very good and you can tell the difference between say a pizza from Papa Johns or even Little Ceasar's with one from Domino's. The staff there are very polite.

Oh my gosh, where do I begin? I had a horrible experience last week with the manager " buddy" who ended up calling ME "rude". I typically order a pasta from this location, last Thursday I called in per usual and ordered a pasta without mushrooms from "buddy" I specifically repeated three times no mushrooms!!! I go to pick up my pasta on my lunch break and get to my job and realize that there are mushrooms in it. I call the store because I'm upset, 1.) because I repeated this three times do not put mushrooms and 2.) because I got all the way to work and realize I couldn't eat lunch for the day. When I called to let them know they got my order wrong buddy had answered my call again he apologized and then told me he would give me a credit for two pastas that I could come pick up after work, I said that's fair. Because I get off so late I asked my mom to go pick up the store credit -cards for me, when she went to go get my credit buddy approached her with a dirty look and told her he'll just make the two pastas right now(which is not what him and I agreed to on the phone) because it took so long for him to make the pasta I drove up to this location from my job. By time I get there the pasta is finally finished I'm upset at this point because he told me I would get a credit not that he was going to make them at this point I'm done with this location I don't want them to make the pasta, I get in the car and open the pasta because I live so far from this location, there are mushrooms and both pastas. I don't get it I spoke with buddy multiple times and told him do not put mushrooms !!!! he did it anyway I go back in and tell him my orders wrong and I'm fed up he called me rude and I'm completely shocked and I cannot believe it I immediately asked for his supervisors phone number to which he then gave me. I don't know who does the hiring for this management position but they need to rethink their choice, how dare you call a customer who is the victim rude? Giving me a gift certificate will not make up for the horrible customer service myself and my mother received. Buddy and his manager should be ashamed of their selves. Stay away from this location. If I could give this location zero stars I totally would

Delivery time was good. The review is for the pizza quality only. My gluten free pizza was way overcooked with burnt pieces. Surprised they let it go out the door. Was told it would be another hour before I would get a replacement so I opted out. Because I paid cash, the option offered by a manager was to get a credit. She was kind and apologized.

This is my go to pizza place when I have a craving for pizza. I love that the app shows you the progress of your order. My food is always hot and fresh, and service is exceptional. When you order using the app, you'll gain points that qualify you for free pizzas and other items; which I have already redeemed twice. If you live in the Cary area near Morrisville, this is the ideal place to get pizza.

Ordered online one hour before I arrived the store to pickup and I still have to wait for another hour standing in the store to wait for 1 pizza+ 1 pasta.

My review seems to fall right in line with the others. We Received cold pizza 30+ minutes after the handy dandy tracker stated the pizza was delivered. Before the pizza arrived, I called the location to see what was up. The gentleman who answered stated he was going to get his manager. After about 60 seconds, he came back to the phone and said they needed to figure out what was going on. *radio silence*....okay well what am I to do in the meantime? He said the manager would figure it out and follow up with me. I guess she was too busy managing other screw ups to even get on the phone with me or call me back. I understand mistakes are made- I don't understand or appreciate sloppy management.

Ordered pasta instead of my usual favorites Pizza and wings, what was I thinking?! The veggie pasta was the most sad dish of pasta I've had. It had totally lost the creaminess, if it even had it before it was delivered, completely dry. Looked like it had been sitting out, although not cold, so maybe reheated? I think some airline pasta is better. Never pasta from Domino's again.

It's Domino's so I cant be too critical of the pizza itself. Its not the best pizza but it meets expectations. But the service on my phone orders is always really friendly and the delivery is super fast. Plus I love that they always have a good deal going on.

Was given an estimated delivery time of 32 to 42 minutes but it didn't arrive until after an hour and 40 minutes. Was not very satisfied with quality either.durring this I called to get get an updated delivery time and Andrea answered the phone and said it wold be 20 minutes(after the app already told me that Andrea was on the way 20 minutes ago).

I have been using Dominos for pizza for a long time but this place is something! I called to try to correct my order, nop they did not. I called corporate office to corret it, they have not call me.

I ordered at 8:47...Pizza came at 10:33!!! Outrageous...then called 5 times to see what the problem was and no answer. I waited for over 20 minutes and had to hang up twice because they never answered. Next time, I will just plan ahead and go to Harris Teeter. Not worth the stress at all. Horrible service.
