They Recommend a local Mechanic and I spent over $3000 to have engine rebuilt and they ruined my motor. Had to have it towed and now the Mechanic Ghosted me. Wont return my calls or messages. Thanks A lot for the advice on a Mechanic!! If they Recommend Wolf Automotive Run!! They ruined my truck and damaged my Bumper!!

The worst!!!!How about a Loud n Sarcastic face full of arrogance.. iPaid for a 3yr. Warranty. For some reason, Took them 6 days to honor it. Then they tried to tell me I stole back my core (bad battery ).The managers up there is too much yapping zero listening! Smells like someone started drinking at lunch time.

Went in to get a code cleared off my vehicle after replacing a faulty gas cap. Had the manager, and store employee be very passive aggressive saying I “came to get a code cleared for a part I didn’t even purchase through them”. It’s a service any automotive retail offers so why give lip about it? Absolutely no hospitality.

Rude manager and incompetent employees.The Belt:I purchased $60 rain x wipers for my wife's car and a serpentine belt for my truck, about 6 months ago. The next day, I pulled my old belt off and realized they gave me a belt for a completely different truck. People make mistakes. The problem is I live an hour away so I spent 2 hours driving and $15 in gas to exchange it. I didn't get so much as an apology.The Wipers:When I bought the $60 wipers, I asked them if they were worth the price. They said "oh yeah, they'll last you 3 or more years" come to find out, the wipers I bought have only been out for a year.6-7 months later, I'm replacing my wipers blades, which started streaking and skipping across the windshield 2 months ago.I ended up calling to see if there was any kind of warranty on them.The associate said he wasn't sure and would transfer me to the manager.The manager, from the second he answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and had a terrible attitude. Long story a little shorter, straight attitude for 5 minutes (while I was polite and patient. Until the end of the call) he said there was a 1 year warranty and to come by and get a replacement. I told him I won't be able to make it back to murphy for about 2 weeks.This is where he really went off.He said "Well why don't you call me in 2 weeks about some DAMN WIPER BLADES THEN! I'm not going to remember this in 2 weeks".I said "you know what, nevermind. I'll call your district manager and talk to him about".Then he hung up on me.I spent 10 years in management.I can't even comprehend talking to a customer like that. He shouldn't be in management and needs to be fired. I'm not spending a dime in that store until he is and I recommend anyone reading this to do the same. Don't spend your money where your business isn't appreciated and are completely disrespected for asking a question about a product you purchased.I spoke with the O'Reilly costumer satisfaction. They're sending me a gift card, replacing the wiper blades and having the district manager call me. Good company, bad manager.

I posted a review earlier with some personal info and decided to change it.I will say this. I have been treated similarly as some of the other people that wrote reviews by who I think was the manager and will never go in there again. Mean and rude people work there. I cant believe they're still in business!
