My wife and I walked in, the only customers at the time and that’s as good as it gets. We were upgrading 2 phones from iPhone 7 to iPhone 14. We got all new cases, screen protectors, etc. Dylyn was great, a pleasure to work with and we are looking forward to shopping there again.

I was so so very happy with my experience at this store yesterday. Austin was so knowledgeable and friendly not to mention patient with me and my indecisiveness on what phone to upgrade too etc. Honestly the best experience I have had when upgrading! Yeah…. No Veteran’s discount, no first responder… nothing. These people are out to maximize their profits & deal you a service that is just satisfactory enough, you don’t question it. They’re not even a Verizon store yet the building is adorned with Verizon. It’s just more of the same corporate mentality. I’m almost certain I’m switching to Mint-Mobile.

Terrible..they asked for my Verizon phone number and I gave it to them and I was asked if it prepaid..I said yes..I was basically told there was nothing they could do for me...

Verizon's signal is very weak and often non-existent in the Murphy, North Carolina region. Their service is terrible and their prices non-competitive as if they still had a monopoly. I have used AT&T, Verizon and T-mobile. The other two carriers were responsive and reasonable. I would never use Verizon again.
