I've had two prescriptions filled at this "Pharmacy." Both involved long waits and snotty attitudes. In the first one, I was told my prescription was ready on the phone, but surprise, when I got there it wasn't ready. After waiting 20 minutes, I gave up for the day and returned the next day. On the second one, again I was informed over the phone that it was ready only to arrive and have the clerk unable to locate it. She literally went all the prescriptions waiting to be picked up before she could find mine which of course had been misfiled. Another 20 minutes or so waiting and when I said I appreciated her perseverance, she acted like this was standard operating procedure there, (probably is), and failed to apologize for my inconvenience. Many stores and restaurants in Murphy function in this manner due to the lack of competition and a labor pool that reflects the low educational levels here and/ or rampant drug abuse. Try King's Pharmacy, or Ingles Pharmacy for competent, friendly service instead.

The wait is usually very long. They are disorganized. They had tons of trouble with my friend's insurance. He had to wait three days for his insulin med due to their error and slowness. When I had an issue, the manager's attitude was snotty. She had no problem showing her irritation to helping me. I made her get involved with the issue but she didn't want to. In the end, she said "Thank you and come back again" in her snottiest, I don't mean a word of what I'm saying voice. Never been back. PS. The pharmacists were very nice and helpful to answer questions.

Slowest pharmacy in existence. Horrible place to get prescriptions. What happened to all the negative reviews this store had?? There were 25 reviews and now there are only 6...? Last time I checked the last 7 reviews of this store were 1 star with a 2-star thrown in the mix.

Walgreens is a danger to Public Health, and this store is a prime example. I will not put the health of myself and my children under the non-existent care of this horrible excuse for a pharmacy.

What an absolute dumpster fire!!!!! The few staff members I liked there that made this place remotely bearable have apparently left, I've never seen longer pharmacy lines in my life. Can't get anyone on the phone. PLEASE DEMOLISH THIS PLACE

This is the worst Walgreens ever! There new Pharmacy Manager should be the Janitor. He doesn't know the business and doesn't speak well. Can't get the Corporate office to respond to complaints. There website doesn't work they send reminders to fill a prescription and then deny it for being too early. Horrible service long waits and always a argument.

If you want treated like a number go for it, if you don't ever want your meds, want over charged because they don't know how to run both your insurances and want to be talked down to they are your pharmacy. They are rude and can never get your script right even the ones they have had for years. nightmare

Thank you Stephanie at the drive thru window. She was extremely helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond with trying to help me. I have had all good experiences since I transferred from CVS. The young man (I can not think of his name) also has been very helpful and he showed me the RX app which has saved me money. All in all they get 5 stars from me. Thank you Walgreens pharmacy for being so good to me.
