I can only speak from my experience but I've always had friendly reasonably fast service. And the pineapple chicken fried rice doesn't miss!!

They made a mistake on my order for the first time in several years. I live 5 minutes away and after a short call, they quickly rectified by preparing a new meal to order at no charge. I appreciate their willingness to make things right so promptly.
