If I could give zero stars I would. Although the lady helping us was not rude, she really needs to learn how to work the computer. It took us an extra 10 or 15 minutes to pay because she could not figure out how to ring up our order. Finally, she could not get our coupon to ring up costing me an extra 20 dollars. I definitely recommend against going to the pineville location.

Located on the 2nd floor of the Carolina Place Mall. They carry your cozy wear, sweater, socks, robes and underwear. A little overpriced for the quality, but cute

I have been shopping at Aerie for a LONG time. My usual store knows me by name, but I was traveling today and decided to use my birthday coupon and get some much needed leggings (I get them once a year). I had dealt with a bunch of rude workers today and this lady was my final straw. I walked up to greet her and she just immediately asks for me number. I give it to her and inform her that I do have a coupon to use. I then start to ask a question and she interrupts me. I then continue my question and she just says no. Then she tells me it may be on the app. So I start to download the app, no one is in line so I try to move quickly. The lady then processed to check me out even though I informed her I was going to try to find my second coupon. The entire time she is just looking at me tapping her fingers onto the counter. I gave it thirty seconds before I said I do not want it and said goodbye. I have never felt so unwelcome in an Aerie store. I will not be returning here because of the lady wearing a light purple shirt and almond shaped nails with dark brown/ red hair. I did not have a good experience at all.

Trendy store with a variey of cloths. Definetly worth a trip to browse or buy. Bought a cozy top there which is very well made. I was told Christmas stock will be in next week. Friendly service. $$$

i love their clothes and i shop here ALL the time. a little pricey but whatever. today i went in with my girlfriend as i am a lesbian, and an employee told us that only one person was allowed in the fitting room at a time. we said fine, no problem. THEN, a mother and her very grown daughter went into a fitting room together with no issue. why didn't the rules apply to them? not sure. i'll be going to a different location from now on.

I had such an amazing experience here! The two ladies working today (5/2) were absolutely PHENOMENAL. I had a return from an online purchase and they made the process so easy! The store itself looked incredibly clean and all items were displayed in a very appealing manner. I’m not one to write any reviews, but my experience today was far better than any I’ve had at any other American Eagle/Aerie store.

I love this location. The staff is always so accommodating. While I only shop here for undies and oversized sweaters which are usually always in the same spot, all of the merchandise is always neatly organized by size and style. I have never seen this location in disarray.

I was a fan of Aerie when I was younger then moved away from it as I gained weight. I was drawn back by their revamped image of unretouched images and extended sizes. Any body positive company like them is A+ in my book.
