During a vacation out of state our truck wouldn't start. Went to oreillys and Kurt tested battery and it was fine. He then took the time to check things over and found a loose cable and tightened it up. He got us back on the road quickly. Kurt was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Thank you Kurt!!!

If I could give 1000 stars they would certainly get em.. I was traveling out of town four hours from home and, needed a really weird shape socket to tighten up the lug nuts on the car i was driving. Not only did these young men it but they also loan me theirs so I wouldn't have to buy one. Great employees Great store and thanks so much, you are appreciated!!

I used to shop at this store because of the exceptional service. Not any more!I wanted to purchase rotors for my SUV. They did not have them in the store and I was given a receipt and was asked to check back in 3 days. When I went back to the store to pick up the rotors, I was told that there will be an additional charge for the shipping fee. Think about it: 1) who is charging a shipping fee on ~$150 merchandise? 2) I had a receipt that did not include a shipping charge, and 3) The rotors were shipped to the store. When I complained, I was told that the person who helped me last time is not working for the company anymore (as if this is somehow my problem) and therefore I have to pay for shipping. Of course, I did not purchase the rotors and will never go back to this store.

This place is great! The customer service is excellent and very friendly with exceptional knowledge of their products to help you make the right informed choice. Their pricing is more than fair and more competitive than their competitors.This is my goto place when I'm in need for anything auto.
