Terrible Service......Terrible. I understand it is not a Corporate Store but if AT&T doesn't change the people working in this store then all the money you spend on Advertising is a waste of resources. They could have cared less about us as a customer. Pure foolishness to have such an aggresive marketing program as you do only to be negated by poor in store customer service. I called the manager "Kenny" and he was as disconnected as those in the store. Good service starts at the top and Kenny is not your man for that job. What an embarassing representative for the AT&T Brand.

Brian at AT&T in North Hills, Raleigh NC, was awesome! I walked in with a mess and he completely fixed the whole mess and had both of our phones restored and working great! 5 stars !!

Wow!!! Buyers beware!!!So I walked in to this store at 10:05 and I was at the phones for a good 10 minutes before Brian (the manage ) finally stop playing with some TV before he decided to help me. He came over and he looked as if just got up from a drinking party, ( he should wear better clothing and at least brush his teeth) he came over and he was giving information only if asked and he was all over the place, finally I told him that I am trying to switch from Verizon after a couple of bad experiences and that I need it a quote, well he became a complete idiot because I would not give him my exact home address and he started arguing with me about not giving me a quote unless I gave him my home address he even told me that I was an idiot because my home address is a public information and that if I didn’t give it to him that he didn’t need my business and that I had to get out of his store, I told him that I would contact the owner and he laughed in my face and told me that good luck because it was a corporate store and he didn’t care, at the end we were screaming at each other .I like the fact that I was complaining about Verizon but they’ve never throw me out of a store because I wanted to protect my privacy only or wanted a quote.Corporate put this raging idiot in his place you lost a122 business lines in addition to my 3 personal lines and also the sale of all the new devises. This guy (manager) Bryan it’s costing you more money Thant you think. You need to fire him.Really bad customer service including his bad breath and bad appearance.After this I am staying with Verizon. .. what an idiot this guy. I hope corporate see the video recordings of the store and fires this guy… WOW!!!

I had a new cellphone (Android) and I needed some help putting in the S.I.M. card as well as copying all of the data/information from my old cellphone to my new one. Sam helped me. She was friendly, responsive, and capable. I had to make lots of decisions while setting up the new phone and she advised me about what to do. I believe Sam went above and beyond what cellphone store employees typically do, her efforts are appreciated.

My fiancé and I were visiting the area and decided to stop in and trade my iphone 12 for the new iphone 15 pro max. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from all team members! Malik helped us and was so friendly. He kept the sale quick and as simple as possible. He also saved us money on TV through the AT&T direct-tv box! We purchased the choice tv package and are very pleased. I highly recommend this store and Malik as a sales associate!

Walked in to get an iPhone 15 and immediately the two guys working were rude, telling me to order online before I even finished asking. After telling them the online order didn't work they seemed upset that they now had to do their job. The worker was extremely rude and unprofessional for the rest of the interaction.

Desiree B was amazing she was attentive, quick and helpful. I was able to leave out with 2 new phones set up and ready to go in about 2.5 hr within the time she kept us entertained with good conversation . 5/5 would recommend Desiree when purchasing a phone straight to the point and gets down to business. I went into the store in North Hills, Raleigh, NC this morning to replace my phone, figuring I'd lost mine. Brian was incredibly helpful and patient, helped me access the "find my phone" feature on my MAC and saved the day. He is patient and very knowledgeable. A great asset to the store.
