Only giving 4 Stars for the excellent customer service. I've been a LONG TIME subscriber of AT&T- 15+yrs.I am APPAULD that you do not even provide alcohol, alcohol wipes, cleaning cloths for your employees!! They work with cell phones all day. Cell phones are full of bacteria! I purchased a screen protector and the employee had to use the 1 alcohol wipe that was provided with my product. I asked if she had another alcohol wipe for me so I could clean my case. Well. There wasn't any. Please, take care of your employees, it's a simple request!

I got a new phone here in May. Initially they said that my bill would go up because of the new phone. I said, “Oh, this sounds like a good reason to switch carriers.” They immediately changed their story and said that because I have TV and internet with AT&T, they could find me some discounts and reduce my bill. So I got the new phone which locked me into AT&T for the next three years.My new bill arrived yesterday. It went up about $65 per month to $385! So I spent the better part of 90 minutes on the phone with their billing department trying to get my bill reduced back to near what it was. I was punished for believing the people at this store when they said my bill would be reduced, and there are no consequences for them, other than this review. For me? I’m angry. And I’m ready to dump AT&T forever.Just to ice the cake, I own AT&T stock. It’s lost half it’s value in the time since I bought it. And now, after the long, frustrating phone call, with a bad connection to their billing department in India, I understand why AT&T is losing customers. Their stock price should be punished. They suck.

The people here are very knowledgeable and professional. I upgraded to a new iPhone and everything was done in a timely manner and seemed simple. However I got an email from att a day later thanking me for signing up for the protection plan and as a reminder that I would be charged $17/month for it. I NEVER signed up for any such plan. And of course you have to call 600 people to get it removed and who knows if it really is. I’ll probably be charged several billing cycles and will take months to get it straight. I can’t help but think it’s a plan and yet another way to scam customers. So disillusioned…This actually gets worse as I was sent a summary of my new purchase and not only was I signed up for insurance I was signed up for att next which is some program where you can get out of your contract early. Again I was never told about this and never verbally or written signed up for either or these. And do not want them. THIS IS ILLEGAL and I am furious. On top of this it is up to me to call back after 14 days to get out of this att next program and if I don’t do it right at 14 days it will be billed on my monthly bill. Finally my plan price also increased $10/month. None of this was disclosed to me. Do not get a phone from att as it’s just a means to charge your plan and add all these junk programs to your bill. All illegal!!!!!
