Richard M. The manager helped me get in and out quickly when I said I thought my battery was bad. Easy and simple. I'd definitely recommend this Auto Zone to anyone in North Raleigh! Excellent customer service!

I called this store to try and find some parts for my car and when speaking to one of the associates on a topic I wasn’t sure about he mumbled “Jesus Christ” under his breath. I don’t expect much but I do know what customer service should be and that’s not it. Sorry not everyone understands cars/parts as well as you sir, do better.

Called and woman who answered said they refuse to change battery for GM trucks.I have a 2011 Sierra. Very basic and easy. What a waste of time. I would have to take it home and bring old battery to get the core refund..They have no idea what they're doing.O'Reilly Autoparts up the street took care of it no problem.

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable salesman. Answered all my questions about purchasing a battery for an older model car. Newer store - clean and well organized. Ample parking. Great location - easy to see from the main roads. In Lowe's Foods shopping center.

Recently had an issue with my truck this past Sunday. Traveling and didn't realize that the mechanic put my brace on backwards, which left the battery unsecured as I have been driving. Upon returning the old core, Tom and Deborah graciously assisted me in rectifying the issue. It took much effort and a little creativity, but I certainly appreciate their hospitality and willingness to ensure my safety while here and for my 3 hour drive home tomorrow. Thoroughly recommend this location!

John Virginia and Pablo Were so helpful to me! Had an issue I thought was battery related and they were honest and let me know it was not a need for a new battery. Then gave me advice on what to do next even though it didn’t involve spending money at Autozone. So refreshing to be helped by genuine nice honest people. Also, my hood was getting stuck and that was not their issue either but they took probably 15 mins trying to help me out w that too. I will remember this and give this shop my business whenever possible in the future.

A couple of weeks ago my car would not start. I called Triple A & they sent a mechanic. He cleaned the battery & told me to call AutoZone to see if my battery was still under warranty. Called & they said yes. I went to the store & the manager, Richard helped me. He confirmed that I was still under warranty until the end of next year & replaced the battery. He was very helpful, attentive & quick which made me glad that I chose AutoZone to help me with my car problems.

Elsa, Tom and new employee Marshall helped me calm down, figure out my battery issue abd get me on the road, all the while telling me they were going to help me while I was a wreck. Their expertise and knowledge was a welcomed relief. Many thanks to this trio of employees! I’m grateful.

Greatest customer hands down. Car was messed up guys at other auto zone on newbern sold me wrong product called TOM O. And told me to come in an he was very hands on and made sure my problem was fixed B4 I left his store. He wouldn't have any other way. I really appreciate him honestly thanks Tom O.
