7 people in line and 1 teller. No drive thru anymore. Employees taking breaks and not one helping the teller. This is the poorest customer service I've experienced yet.

I went into this branch as there is a significant amount of money that is missing from my account. I set an appointment, I arrived before the appointment, and the woman told me she was going to check me in, 15 minutes later, I was still waiting while she helped a flow of walk ins. After 15 minutes I finally asked what was going on as I was on my lunch break and I didn't have the time to just be sitting waiting, I would've just walked in but was advised that I would be helped quicker with an appointment - wrong! It would be one thing if this was the only issue, but finally I am being helped by the financial advisor, and he keeps telling me that I am wrong - I don't know how I could be wrong when you could VERY CLEARLY see that the money is missing from my account according to the transaction history. I kept trying to speak, and he kept speaking over me. I finally said "May I please finish my sentence" in the most polite way I possibly could despite my growing frustration. The gentleman locked his computer, stood up, told me to not dare raise my voice at him again, and went to leave the room. I said sir I have not raised my voice at all, I have been nothing but polite and would just like to finish my sentence without being interrupted. He sat back down and in a very snarky manor told me to carry on. I finally finished my sentence and he just dialed the number to customer service and passed me off to them. I still haven't received my money back now 4 days later. When I called customer service, I was told the branch never even filed a claim nor notated anything from my visit. If I'd known they were just going to make me wait beyond my appointment time and then be nasty and pass me off to customer service, I wouldn't have even bothered taking the time out of my work day to go and speak with them per their advice. So - take my advice instead, DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH, they will just waste your time and treat you with no respect. They have no idea how to help their customers, nor do they seem like they even care to. Don't waste your time and your sanity for the day with this lot.

I had to have some funds converted into a cashiers check on 8/14/23. I was greeted by a beautiful young woman who patiently listened to what I needed and explained it to Barbara. She followed through with my request perfectly and quickly.A really helpful experience.

SPENT 20 MIN IN LINE AND BY THE TIME I WAS WAITED ON it was 5 pm and my bank had closed and then I found out that there was an 8 dollar charge.I understand the policy of cashing a check as a non customer, but I do not see why they charge 8 dollars to cash a check drawn off there bank. Who gets this fee ? I hate banks making money off of me like this.

I would give this bank a zero rating if I could. I tried to take some cash out for my mother at the ATM today and the card was eaten by the machine. The bank refused to help me to retrieve my card because there’s nothing they could do. I called the number on the ATM, apparently, it is not part of their service because the card was not issued by Bank of America. My mother traveled from overseas to visit us and her card was eaten by a ATM, and no one is willing to help her to retrieve. Thanks so much Bank of America, your service is beyond bad and irresponsible. If you don’t take of care people that are not your client, how can you expand and progress in the future? It’s not just about customer service, this also reflects on your value as a business. Shame on you!

I went in with a complicated estate issue. The manager Adam Callahan was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about how awesome of an experience we had considering the complicated and sad issue. Adam went above and beyond. I will always be grateful! Thank you!

The gentleman at the door on 1/30/23 refused to help me saying I can’t deposit a cashiers check into my business account. Makes absolutely NO SENSE. Going back to my home branch off six forks and transferring all my money to my PNC business account. I can’t stand incompetence especially the financial space

My brother went to this location yesterday and was completely brushed aside. Drove close to an hour to get to this location to get to his box. Waited close to an hour to get some help while some staff continued to let people ahead of him and the other staff just sat and did nothing like they didn’t want to work. After about an hour he was told that he couldn’t get to his box today but maybe next time. This is absolutely unacceptable. Don’t go to this location, while Bank of America is good the people who worked here are not representing the type of service and just pure decency someone at this establishment should have.

I used this branch several months ago to wire money that had messed up a couple days ago when I tried to do so online. Despite walking in without an appointment, they were able to schedule me an appointment within the hour, and spedily help to resolve all my issues. If I didn't have horrible experiences at other branches, this location would get a 5 star, but BOA as a whole has a lot of work to do to help its customers.

never answers the phone. call when open no answer. middle of day no answer. few hours before close no answer. call the 1-800 number they say contact a branch. contact again no answer. what are they even doing there?

Website shows Banking hours opening up at 9 am and answering service indicates bank is open however upon arrival bank is closed. Poor communication equals waste of my time and my gas

All BoA systems are down. Would be helpful if they left a recording on their phone lines. No one picks up, the online server doesn't allow any appointments and they have bank representatives just standing at the front chatting amongst themselves.

Super polite and helpful staff, client oriented and professional. I was very pleased. The ladies helped me to resolve everything I needed. They even stayed after their working hours to be able to complete everything with my new account. Thank you so much, guys.
