Outstanding experience! I called Austin and two days later he had a crew out moving my furniture. These guys were the best movers I’ve ever had and I spent 30 years in the military and moved A LOT! They took great care of my stuff, meticulously wrapping it with blankets. They worked hard and fast and were extremely nice guys. I HIGHLY recommend Crabtree!

Our experience with Crabtree Family Moving was *outstanding*. I have read so many horror stories about moving companies that I was trepidatious prior to my first contact with Crabtree.
That said, from the initial consultation with Austin to the sign-off with Marco, we experienced nothing but genuine direct attention and personal consideration. The actual move teams were amazing, highly personable, customer conscious, professional and careful with our home and belongings. Marco, who I assumed to be the lead of the move team, ran a great crew and kept us informed and satisfied throughout. He, Horace, Anthony, and Gebron (sp?) worked tirelessly throughout. Again, just a wonderful experience.
I would very happily recommend for your moving needs.

Crabtree has been the absolute best. They moved my dad twice and moved our family as we downsized and moved 2 hours away. They were always friendly, professional and provided top notch service. Any questions or concerns were resolved immediately. We appreciated their competence and expertise during a stressful time. Could not recommend a better moving company.

These guys provided an exceptionally great local move for us. Packing was professional and quick. Move and unloading happened on schedule with great professional service. No damage to anything whatsoever. Packing and loading/moving crews could not have been more friendly. They went the extra mile in placing rugs in rooms, exactly where we wanted them Highly recommend these guys for any moving needs. Couldn’t have been better!

I was initially pleased with the loading and storage of my items during a move. During the unload, items were damaged along with wall and door damage as items placed by movers fell over. Owners had been communicative about a resolution after I reached out, since the damage had not been relayed back by the movers. Now, after over a month of me following up, owner has become non-responsive and still unfortunately the agreed upon resolution has not been met. Very disappointed with how the move completed.

I wish I could give this business more than five stars. I was very stressed about this move but they made it so easy from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly helpful and polite and my things were handled with the utmost care. I am so grateful I found this company. I felt like I was working with a team of superheros.

I cannot say enough good things about Crabtree Family Movers, and especially Mike, Kenny, and their incredible team! From start to finish, they made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and easy.
When we sold our home, they packed up our entire house with care, stored everything safely, and even brought some furniture to my temporary apartment while our new home was being built.
When it was time to move in, they first came to the apartment, moved that furniture all the way to Garner, and set it up beautifully. Later, they brought the rest of our furniture from storage, set it all up, put beds together, and arranged everything so my home was completely move-in ready as far as furniture. All I had to do was unpack my boxes of clothing and personal items!
While they were setting up the furniture from storage, I also had a mattress delivery from Macy’s. The delivery team was struggling to get the mattress upstairs, and without hesitation, Mike and his crew jumped in to help and got it done—going above and beyond without me even asking.
Professional, friendly, and genuinely dedicated, Crabtree Family Movers is the best moving and storage company I’ve ever worked with. If you want a stress-free, top-notch experience, give Mike and Kenny a call—you won’t regret it!

Crabtree Family Moving moved me from North Carolina to Maryland and I could not be happier. They did an excellent job loading and then unloading at my new home. I would highly recommend Crabtree without any reservations.

This company is TERRIBLE! I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They essentially chucked all of my belongings into a truck and let them fend for themself. I have a broken TV, broken lampshades, dented lamps. We hired them to have them pack items and they failed to do that on the day they said we would. This meant that we had to take time to pack the things they did not pack ourselves. Our boxes were crumpled, ripped, crushed, all manner of destroyed. Every person we interacted with was high. I will NEVER EVER EVER recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
