Te-Van the manager was very nice patient with my 81 year old mother . He took the time to explain the android and its functions , he was very personable . Great experience. I would love to visit that store again ! Wish it was in my area . Kudos to the store ! And management !!

The staff absolutely lied to my daughter about how much the service would cost. Once we found out we tried to cancel and take the phone to another carrier. We were told that, despite having paid for 6 months of service, we were 8 days short of being able to have our phone unlocked. All we would have to do was wait a week and the phone would be unlocked and the number transferred to the new carrier.This was also a lie.Now we've paid the new carrier over $100 that can't be refunded because Cricket lied to us.Either this company is shady, or they're inept. They certainly aren't the cheapest phone line so there's no excuse that their customer service should be so terrible. Go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.

Here at the glenwood location, I was able to seamlessly switch plans and get a great phone plan for my entire family at a discounted price thanks to store manager Violet. I would definitely refer to this location to my friends and family

Violet and her supervisor, Brian, at Cricket on Glenwood Ave. Raleigh, NC, have gone beyond the call of duty to assist me in getting phone service. They have willingly helped me, have shown exceptional patience with my minimal knowledge with phones, and have helped me set up new phone service. I highly recommend them to assist anyone with phones.

Jose and Violeta made our experience very welcoming. Switching from boost and metro has probably been the best thing we did. From the moment we walked in the door we saw nothing but smiling faces and open conversation. They both should get raises due to their perfect customer service!

Jasmine, the Regional Manager, provided fantastic customer service yesterday when I came in to upgrade my phone!! Not only was she highly knowledgeable but I also got a sense that she treats her customers like people and those social skills set her apart. Cricket is a great provider and yesterday’s interaction was seamless, she should train employees!!!
