This place is unprofessional and a joke. A edible arrangement delivery driver opened my screen door and tried to open my front door. I contacted the store twice and was told both times a manager would reach out to me. I have not heard from a manager since this incident so it's obvious that they don't care about their customer base. It is inappropriate to open my screen door, let alone try to open my front door. Here is a picture of the delivery driver after the alarm went off.

Received the wrong bouquet of flowers on Valentines Day. Called the store and sent a picture. They dropped off flowers later that evening- not even in a vase a previously ordered and they were already wilting and dead. Nothing pretty about them. Wish he would he purchased from another place .

Order an edible arrangement on 2-13-2024 for Valentines Day 2-14-2024. Checked in with the recipient and as of 6 pm today they have not received the arrangement. The company called an explained why the package was not delivered the next day. Although disappointed I understand it was not under their control.

This place should be ashamed of themselves. They are very quick to take your $$ but then not deliver. I placed an order to be delivered on Valentine's Day, even paid extra to ensure just that, however I am left with nothing but a picture on my phone to show my significant other what was supposed to be delivered to them. I have tried calling the store numerous times only to listen through recordings and not talk to an actual person. Highly disappointed with the lack of communication. Signed a customer who wants refund.

Terrible customer service. I paid extra to ensure my order would be delivered on Valentines. No order. I have been calling for hours, no answer. Left messages, no call back. At 2:30pm the day after it was suppose to be delivered it is still not there and I can not get in touch. So disappointing for me as the giver and the receipient.

Placed a valentines order on friday feb 9, here it is 430 and my order hasn't even left the store to be delivered to my wife's job. Ive been on the phone for over 30 minutes and no one even picked up to acknowledge I was on the phone. Between Edibles,Rose Forever and fedex not delivering my other valentines gift, this has been a nightmare. Im pissed.

I ordered a cake to be delivered for my daughter’s birthday today. It is 6:35 pm and no delivery as of yet. I called the store earlier and the associate initially gave a nonchalant, “I can’t tell you what time it’ll be delivered ma’am”. When I questioned what was the latest time for delivery, she then proceeded to look up the information and estimated the driver would be around my area in about an hour; that was at 3:09 pm. Now going on 7pm and the store is closed. At this point, I want my money back. I’ve ordered from Edible Arrangements before, and the service was far better. Very poor customer service!!!

My second time going into an edible store. I will say love their selections of fruits as well as the awesomeness smell when you walk in the store. I got greeted really nicely. Love the customer service made me feel welcome and comfortable as I waited for my order. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Michael was so helpful on the phone when I called in a last-second order. He was patient and kind and did everything he could to make sure that our delivery would arrive on time.

I ordered a delivery online to a doctor's office and they happened to be closed early for the holiday. The delivery guy for EA was great about calling me to let me know what happened and offered to deliver it back to me if I'm in the same zip code. Unfortunately I'm not but I really appreciated that he offered when I can see many others not mention that option at all. I didn't know what to do with my order and they followed up with me a few hours later to offer the option of picking up the order tomorrow. I spoke with Michael to arrange a pick up the same day after work and he was one of the friendliest people you'd meet over the phone and in person. He offered to help bring it to my car too. The quality of my flower bouquet, balloon, and chocolate fruit tray was perfect so overall I recommend this place as I have nothing bad to say at all. I'd definitely choose to order from this place again if the occasion arises!

My husband purchased 49 of these for Valentines Day/ Birthday. $260.00!! No decorative plate, no appeal factor. Very disappointed. Have purchased from Edible before and always was so pleased. The dip on them looked like a child dipped them.
