Have always been fast for state inspection and oil changes. Not the cheapest but they will get you in and out. Ask them how long it will take and they are usually pretty much spot on. Like the scones and coffee from the bread shop around the corner that they usually have in the waiting area.

Goto for state inspections. These guys are fantastic! Oil change. Light maintenance. Quick. Friendly.
