Kayla helped me ship some items and was so sweet and helpful! While I had to wait in line a few minutes, I didn't mind, as when I got to the front she was so kind and chatty and even took care of boxing everything for me!

A little disappointed there is no way to drop off a package after closing. Had to find a drop-off box in the back of an office complex parking lot. Oh, so safe.

I needed to send a friend in Davidson her insulin supplies that she left at my home yesterday. Brittany made sure the package was well insulated and found an overnight rate that was VERY competitive! Grateful for such great service!

Brooke went above and beyond to help me. The file was corrupted, we had to work together over a period of 3 hours to make it work. She was incredibly patient, helpful & kind.
She also did an awesome job of helping other customers while I was there & trying to sort it out.
Ended up with beautiful 32lb paper of the flyers my company needed.
