Guys you need to do something with the store appearance. We came at the 10 am store opening time, we were the first customers and it looks like nobody tried to clean up the store from the day before. Some of the clothes were on hangers with the floor dust. I like the brand, prices etc, but really, do something with store appearance.

This store dosent deserve one star! On 12/31/23 at approximately 6:45 pm I tried to buy an item that was on sale on line. The manager wouldn't sale it, she said I had to purchase it online, come back the next day and pick it up. She was rude and nasty..I called customer service to lodge a complaint, I was told by a customer service representative that the manager was WRONG, she should of did a price adjustment because that is the store policy...

What a mess! Cheap stuff, crazy long line. I will say the order was ready for pickup once I got through the line, but I already knew that. I plan to avoid like the plague.

I just went there and I was trying a skirt for a wedding and when I left the dressing room the lady told me to get out and that the dressing rooms were closed. I was embarrassed because I hadn’t seen anything telling me that the dressing rooms were closed. She got me out of there and when we left she told me to put my skirt on the rack beside the entrance even though I was going to take it with me. I put it in the rack because I was in a bit of a shock. Then She told me there’s a sign right here pointing to a sign saying that it was closed. The thing is when I got there there was no sign and the entrance was open and there wasn’t anyone there. And I’m been there before where the dressing rooms were all alone so I figure there wasn’t people working at the dressing rooms. After that I didn’t confront the employee I just left because I don’t like to cause any scenes. I do apologize for using the public dressing rooms when they were closed I really didn’t know. I just hope that your employees work on there customers service.

DO NOT SHOP AT FOREVER 21!! the girl in there that is short and tan with dark hair was extremely rude! I had stuff in my hands that I was going to purchase because I love forever 21 and she wanted to be rude and basically told me to leave because they were closing in 5 minutes, UNACCEPTABLE. They lost a sale because of this

I come here frequently to buy and I have changed before without problem. TODAY Thursday 22 a girl with the face of a Latina (The worst with other Latinas) with long black hair DID NOT WANT TO CHANGE MY JACKET because it did not have the tag on it, I explained to her that it fell off, I only had 4 days after being bought by my husband, also. and just did not give the win to change it! I WILL NOT BUY ANYMORE IN THIS STORE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! In that other brands have better options. I’m disappointed.

I have been in here multiple times without anyone speaking to me as I walk to the store not one employee acknowledging me or asking me if I need help. Today I went in. The lady saw me waiting at the gate as it wasn’t time to open yet, but when she came, she saw me standing at the gate and decided to go to the other gate and open that one first which I thought was rude when she came back to my gate to open it she didn’t say hello she didn’t say good morning she didn’t even acknowledge me. I came into the store for a return when she got to the register, she didn’t say hello She didn’t ask me how I was doing. She didn’t acknowledge me in the sense of me being a customer in her store.. When the transaction was over, she didn’t say thank you she didn’t say have a nice day. She looked very unhappy and like she didn’t want to be there this is why people shop online and do not want to go in stores because of rude people like this, and every single time I’m going to the store come on ridiculous. The lady said her name was Jessica but I don’t know if she was lying or not. The store is always chaotic boxes and clothes everywhere you can’t even walk or maneuver a stroller througH there. I will not return to the store unless I need to return stuff I bought online and this is making me not even want to buy stuff online if I have to go into that store, so rude and unprofessional it’s not even funny if I could give zero stars I could.

Never buying here again. I purchase something here and they did not wanted to give me a receipt they now want to force customers to give their email. That is some b.s. that is against my rights. I am never buying anything here again.

There were boxes everywhere. The store is very unorganized. It just looked super messy & dirty. The staff was lackadaisical. They were working, but they weren’t (if that makes sense). I went in there intending to purchase some Wedges, but ALL of their shoes were unorganized and everywhere. I give this spot another year, before they close it. It use to be such a nice store.

I Was not greeted or asked if I needed help by any of the associates . Even though they were standing there in a group of 3 folding clothes but not acknowledging their guests at all. I wanted to try on clothes and I would have bought more clothes but the fitting rooms were closed until 2pm. Why would the fitting rooms be closed for half of the day? So random. Plus they don’t give out paper receipts anymore. So many random rules and regulations.

The store is chaotic, clothes everywhere and don’t get me started on the fitting room situation… it’s boxes everywhere and only a couple people can go in at a time because it’s boxes everywhere. I ended up putting my clothes back and I will be going the streets at Southpoint location, much better experience there.

I would choose zero stars if it was an option. I tried for five days to place an online order to utilize the online only coupon. I used chat and even called for assistance to no avail. I kept receiving an error that my payment was declined; however I have 30k more available than the order amount. It is ironic that in an online only promotion, the "technical" difficulties I experienced. I was trying to purchase something as a gift that was specifically picked out by the recipient. I dont care how much I have to spend elsewhere, I will never purchase from this retailer again
