I have a complaint about one of your stores in Wilmington on Market street and your Clerk Robert. He had a vehicle towed after the person bought items in the store but had come there for gas. Poor service, staff has a bad attitude and what you pay for food and what you get is a disgrace. Will never go again, the last 3 times I have gone the same guy managed to screw the order up 3 times in a row. I guess you like wasting food and the qaulity of the food is terrible, the staff memeber doesnt care. The staff acts like you are bothering them, never again will I spend money in you're store. I have never been treated so bad in a store in my life when I'm trying to spend money.

used @HanDeeHugos car wash at store #66 on Leesville Church Road and Strickland Rd in Raleigh NC. 2018 Honda Civic. When the air blower was done and the car wash told me I could exit, I did so. When I hit black pavement, I heard an unearthly screeching from under my car. I pulled into the nearest parking space.The Store manager shrugs & has me fill out an incident report. He wants me to follow him outside so he can take pictures of the car. I’m still filling out the report and told him he can wait for me to finish filling it out and then take pictures of my car with me present. I finish the report. Manager said that someone will call me. He doesn’t know when. And he laughs at me. I’m upset because my car is undrivable, and I live an hour away. I am even more upset at how poorly this problem has been “handled” if you can call it that. I asked for a name & # of someone I could talk to, like an owner. He gives me a number which turns out to be the main # for the parent company and he doesn’t know which extension I should use. The store manager also refuses to put an out-of-order sign on the car wash. He said that the car wash was fine for at least 20 cars before mine today. I told him that it’s pretty obvious that my car is far from being “fine.”An hour later, still waiting for a call from someone. I’ve left a message for their customer service at the parent co, Sampson Bladen Oil and for their “Insurance Agent” Michael Mason (According to the store manager, that is who he sent the incident report to.)This isn’t about a scratch. I literally am stuck in their parking lot, with a large piece of metal (10ish feet long?) attached just behind the engine and extending out towards the tail of the car. I didn’t know if I could even back out of the parking space without driving the piece of metal through my engine. Another hour later, My husband arrives on the scene and I told him what was (not) happening so far. So he goes in the Han Dee Hugo and tells him, “Well I don’t think it’s very funny and I want to talk to your boss.” Manager immediately gets DM (Brandy) on the phone. She listens to what we have to say and says that she’s very sorry but “it is what it is” and we just have to follow their procedure. I asked her what the Turnaround was for a response and something being done about my car. She said she didn’t know. I tell her that the lack of care over something as significant and a car being rendered undrivable was reprehensible. All she can offer is a hollow, “I’m sorry.” the manager comes out and takes pictures under my car. I had already taken a bunch of pictures, too. Then he walks off. So Robbie and I decide that he’ll watch under that car while I slowly back up, he’s gonna tell me to stop if something looks bad. My husband had spoken to the guys at a garage next door and they had agreed to look at my car if we could get it over there. So we carefully drive the car over. Rolling thunder. The garage guy looks at the 10’ piece of metal that was under my car and says that it’s part of the car wash! Some sort of guard that covered something on the ground inside the car wash. My car seems fine upon visual inspection. I grab the large piece of metal and walk it back over to the Handee Hugo store and walk in and ask for the manager. He comes out and I told him that it’s actually a piece of their car wash that somehow caught onto the undercarriage of my car. Then I told him that he might want to block off the car wash until they can get it fixed. Wouldn’t want another person to drive off with more of their car wash attached or worse. Handed him his giant piece of metal, in front of the customers waiting in line, and walk out. Lesson learned: Don’t ever use a drive thru, automated car wash. That, and the Handee Hugo at the corner of Strickland and Leesville in Raleigh does not give one flip about taking care of their customers. The store manager is unhelpful and arrogant.

My husband stopped at your location at 401, Benson Hwy, Garner, NC 27529 and was told he couldn't pay for his drinks in cash. This is a legal tender of the United States and must be accepted. I have let all the appropriate agencies and the senators know that you are not accepting cash. And everyone on social media. please rethink and make sure you take what is accepted as legal tender to pay for goods.

I had a mobile coupon for Newport cigarettes and both store attendants would not let me use it... why would you sign up for a program for the store if you are not going to let the customer use the coupon?

Are your employees aloud to smoke when they are out working near the gas pumps? I do not believe this is safe for anyone. It is very disheartening to see this when I am putting gas in my vehicle, and my children are sitting in the car. I worry for second hand smoke, let alone the gas station blowing up when she drops her ashes. It’s a female employee (zoom in on pic of cig in her hand) that was working at 1:30pm on July 5, 2019 at 11928 US-70 Bus, Clayton NC 27520.

Terrible service at the Grandy location. Went in to buy a few beers and the woman working on 04/13/2019 around 9:45 PM refused to sell any beer and threatened to call the sheriffs office. Nobody that went into the store had drank more than two beers. We wanted to buy some beer to take home and enjoy later in the night but this person working was one of the most hateful rude person I have ever encountered in my life. I will never ever purchase anything at any hugos ever. I live in Elizabeth City NC which I frequent on a regular basis but after this experience I will never ever purchase from a handy hugos again.

Had to wash the car by hand after using their "carwash," tore the rear lower door protecter off and cracked a repair that was under the protecter. I would never go to this carwash........ever.

Stopped at the location in Selma craving a frozen beverage. I was told they don't have cups for the size I wanted. And then for the size they had no lids. I wish they had ICEE instead.
