This doesn't have anything to do with this particular store, but I ordered a gift card online 7 days ago and still haven't received an email saying it was sent. I called their customer service line and the guy told me it was sent today. Today? Like did they just put it in to be sent out today only because I called and wanted to know where the GC is I paid for. There are multiple H&M stores in every state and it shouldn't take 7 days to send out a gift card in the mail. It's not as if I ordered a product they had to wait on to come in. He told me I should receive a email today so we will see. I'm disappointed that it took over a week to send a GC and only because I had to call myself about it they finally sent it out...so they say.

Shanda & Devin did an AMAZING job at this location taking care of my husband and I. We were upset about another location in the area (Crabtree Valley Mall) and how we were treated HOWEVER they turned around the entire experience. Shoutout to them for their customer service and making a horrible situation much better.

Horrible customer service! I went to this particular store for an exchange and the cashier (short height with a nose piercing) was very rude and cold.The items I was returning were bought online and after the exchange, he pushed the original online invoice back to me on the counter. He had an attitude the entire time. During my transaction, this guy literally turned around and took his sweet time to hang and take care of the items that I was returning. I patiently waited even though I could feel his attitude. As I walked away after the transaction, I realized that he didn’t give me a receipt of the exchange so I went back to the store to see if there was any way they could retrieve it. He had a customer so I went to the available cashier who happened to be next to him. The minute I said “I just bought this item but I didn’t receive a receipt” he jumped in and said “I know I gave you a receipt.” I replied no I didn’t get one but he kept insisting that he gave it to me. Then, he asked the cashier to take my bag to double check. And she didn’t find it either. Then he said that he folded it together with the original online invoice and gave it back to me. So I started going through my purse and found the receipt. I apologized to the cashier and left but who hands out a receipt that way? Without the courtesy to mention anything about it, especially since he folded it with the online invoice. And the way he pushed the original receipt on the counter made me think that’s all he was returning to me. He didn’t even bother apologizing or anything of that nature. This guy was so rude to the point where I didn’t even feel like keeping the new item I bought. Very poor customer service!

This is the worst store I have been too. The employees are very rude. They don’t greet you or anything.I would give a zero star but they don’t have it. Today I bought some clothes and the employee didn’t greet meet and when I was done he threw the receipt in the bag and he walked away without saying anything to me.This is not the first time. This happed many times but I ignored it. But today it made me really mad. They don’t have good customer service. I would give his name but I don’t want. So he is lucky that I am not doing that.I wouldn’t recommend going here.

So I hate writing poor reviews, usually I just avoid writing them. I don't come to the mall that often, in typing this I realize that is part of the problem. What happened to Starbucks and Cinnabon. Many of the name brand stores are gone and only one store was open. It is prime Christmas shopping time and only one retail store. Okay, the mall being open provided a safe and warm place for my son and I to hang out while we got new tires. There were plenty of walkers in the mall and this gave a good atmosphere.

Unique clothing in which I love. Atmosphere very inviting, not to much customer service on a Tuesday. I will visit again. Prices are good, sales are great, hint, hint the best time to go for clothes period is when the season is ending, great sales. I will go again.
