Went in to get the cover under my car detached. Guy did it at no cost. Said I needed break pads & rotors in which I already knew. The guy Sanders stole my caliper and loosened the bolts. Made me sign a disclaimer saying that my breaks were bad and if I crashed they wouldn't be held responsible. The next day I get in my car and it doesn't moved forward or backwards. Got it towed to a REAL MECHANIC SHOP to find out that my front passenger caliper was missing and when they tried to move my car my entire brake pad fell out. Never take your vehicle to this barn yard. They steal car parts, overcharged and try to get over on people. Thank GOD my baby wasn't in the car with me when I broke down. Mind you, I just got my car this year. Thankfully it's under warranty. I will be looking to take legal action. This place is tan by crash dummies and crooks. Would never spend my hard earned money there.

Went there yesterday to get a oil change. And waited 5 minutes to be recognized. I was finally approached by a worker that was sitting in a green Honda. At which time I just informed I would be going somewhere else. At which time he told me no problem have a nice day. This is real bad business for my first time ever visiting jiffy lube this is a very bad look.

Was told that my antifreeze was low and they would fill it. (Top it off). No antifreeze was added. My antifreeze was super low took over 30 oz to fill it. Very disappointed.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

During routine oil change, they removed the cabin air filter to show me and see if I wanted a new one. I declined and they reinstalled the filter incorrectly so that the fan contacts it and makes noise.

I recommend them to anyone! I needed a Tire ASAP! My tire was ordered and placed on my car the next day at a very reasonable price!The gentleman kept his Word!I’m gathering up some money so they can replace all of them!I was rested very well at This Jiffy Lube!

Every year since 2015, I've gotten my car inspected, and I have never been charged the tinted window charge. Yesterday, Jiffy Lube tried to charge me this $10 charge.I checked the DMV website, and they say that inspections should only charge if the vehicle applied an after-factory tint. I did not apply any after-factory tinting. The tint came with the car.I've had my car inspected with Jiffy Lube just about every year, and never had a problem and I was always happy with their service. There were only a couple of times when I had my car inspected elsewhere — once with KIA when I had to do a 30,000 check, and they threw the inspection in. KIA never charged me for the tinted windows. Also, I spent one summer in Michigan, and that service station didn't charge me the annoying tinted window charge either.Jiffy Lube ended up not charging me, but acted as if they were gifting me. They said next year, they would charge me. That's too bad, because I really wanted to keep on coming here for oil changes and inspections.Can anyone recommend an inspection place for next year where I don't have to battle this incorrect charge?

Harassment! I will not be returning to my local jiffylube after being harassed by one of the employees. There was one gentleman in particular who was completely disrespectful to me. Not only did he tell me they don’t do oil changes there, but after the service, tried to charge me for services i didn’t ask for. After he tried to charge me for $80 of services i didn’t agree to, they said my car was ready, i went to enter my vehicle and the rude gentleman was acting ridiculous inside my car playing music from his phone that he had linked to my Bluetooth. Not only did he scare me, but he failed to put the new filter in my car that he tried charging me for. I no longer feel comfortable returning and will take my business elsewhere. If you are a woman especially, i highly advise against coming here.

The service itself was fast and effective. But the staff was incredibly unfriendly, almost hostile in their interaction with me, their customer! I couldn't believe how unfriendly, almost nasty!

I use them for State inspections. They are in a good location for me and it is a quick process.

They are usually very quick. State inspections sometimes take longer because the server that they have to connect to (State) gets laggy, and their computer has to retry a few times. That's not jiffy lube's fault though. Great service overall. Affordable.

i got my inspection done and my headlights were in bad shape the that did the inspection offered a way to clean them up(i was going to order new light covers ) he cleaned them up they look great everyone there were great and friendly
