The cashiers are extremely rude. I was visiting from Seattle where I have always experienced great customer service but I was disappointed to see such treatment. I would like to believe it was a one off, if not it is important for the company to remember that the customers are the ones who keep them business .

I walked in and your beepers went of, this happened to several people. Your cashiers never looked up. Upon leaving it beeped again. I kept walking didn't even consider it went off because of me.One of your employees chose to approach me today after I exited the store. His words "fam what you got". Bald head with a goatie. He was aggressive, rude and disrespectful and I was not afraid because I walk with my Creator. No one should be humiliated in this way. If I didnt speak up I am sure he would have assaulted me. It was scary actually.I visited your store for the last time today. Though I have purchased in the past I will not moving forward. I understand the need to protect your merchandise but not at the expense of respect. Not everyone with a backpack in your store is a thief.Train your employees please.

You were AMAZING the way you multitasked helping each and every customer that needed your assistance without sacrificing the level of service that was provided. Thank you for helping us pick a suit and getting us measured. Everything was resolved in a timely manner and everything you suggested pulled together very smoothly.We were extremely satisfied with our purchase and will be returning. One thing we did not tell you is that you were helping a Social Media Influencer that has over 5 million followers of their social media platform. He wants to thank you for your assistance in helping him. We will be returning to get another nice suit when needed we know who to ask for.~Positive Vibes ~

Yesterday, I visited this store for the first time accompanied by my mom and friends. I was immensely impressed by the excellent range of clothing and accessories it offered. While some items were reasonably priced, others were a bit expensive. The jewelry collection was particularly beautiful, and the pocketbooks were of great quality. I am definitely planning to return to this store for another shopping spree in the near future.

Air conditioning not working. Oppressive heat in men's dressing room. All of the staff was very kind. It's extremely unfortunate that they have to work in such a hostile environment.

The gentleman in the men's suit department... Mustve been sent by an angel.He made the entire experience far more enjoyable. He also got me fitted and looking like a million bucks. Pants, coat, shirt and tie all assembled into a nice package that has me looking the part of a proud dad at his youngins wedding. K&G, I dont know his name, but folks like him give folks like yall a really good name...as it turns out I do know his name, it is Charles. Thank you Charles. You made my day today!
