My last time shopping here! What business doesn't allow for a credit purchase instead of keying a pin using your ATM card? So archaic!! And the salesperson today decided to tidy up behind the register with ONE cashier then working instead of her doing that once the line of 4 people was less. At lunch mind you. Like we had all day.

Impressive & excellent service.Every employee was terrific.Courtney dedicated most of her shift to assemble an emergency winter wardrobe for me so I could respond to a family emergency way up north.I was able to walk out with just about every single thing I needed - done in one trip. Her attention to detail and customer service attitude is spectacular, as is her knowledge of product location in the store, adjectives now used with jeans, and how each garment wears over time. She actually brought me different sizes and styles of items in the dressing room so I could avoid walking barefoot around the store holding up baggy pants and trying to remember exactly where the fuzzy sweaters were placed.Courtney has a mind like a steel-trap. If I mentioned, just once, a preference for v-necks and cotton rich garments, that was in her mind for every item she showed me thereafter. The store was very tidy, other than the hugely obese herd of dust bunnies in the dressing rooms.Jada was of great assistance wading through the dizzying bog of clearance items, and in defending the territory of my dressing room from would-be poachers. At the register, Ke patiently checked the actual prices of items dragged from clearance. He let me know which items were returnable and which were final sale so I could decide before he rang them up.Ke expounded upon the benefits & savings of the Old Navy credit card to the point I uncharacteristically got one (and 50% off my entire purchase). All in all, an unbelievably positive experience, in a time of great personal stress and sadness.

Old navy generally is a boring store to browse when in the physical stores. Nothing that was too exciting or eye catching. Just the typical expectations when looking at clothes.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. She was very attentive and even helped my kids when they were looking for sizes by themselves. She was a gem! Cashiers were also very friendly. Atmosphere was welcoming.

I have shopped here for years. I load up on back to school items for my kids. Today was the worst experience I've had. Unsure of who the management is, but we will purchase online from now on. We prefer not to be followed around as we shop.

The finest place to shop is at Old Navy. The jeans fit me well, and the pricing are fantastic. I adore the various sorts of attire for every occasion. The clearance pricing are excellent. The store is spotless and well-kept. The personnel is courteous, and the one-day sale is the best.

I've been wearing Old Navy since its inception but today, I may reconsider this. I called this location today to see if there was a shirt in stock for a friend. I was on hold for 20+ min starting at 12:55 pm with no checking-in. Plus, the employee who answered acted like she did not want to do her job.

Store was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. So this store in particular is a good one.But Old Navy generally has spun out of control. They used to be a value oriented company that had clothes slightly lower quality than the major stores for a much lower price. Now the quality is so bad that it feels comparable to Shein or Wish clothing. But the prices are the same as regular major brands. Not good. For instance, their clothes are lower in quality than Targets store brand, yet it's almost twice the price. They are constantly having 50% off sales. And at that point the prices are about what they should be every day. I'm not sure who is running this company, but they need to choose if they want to be premium clothing with premium pricing or cheap clothing with cheap prices. Right now they are trying to do both and it's not working.

This Old Navy is a nice location with a good selection variety. While it was sometimes hard to tell which sale signs applied to which clothing racks, there were good deals to be found. The clothing racks (except for the clearance section) were largely tidy and in order.

I just love Old Navy, I found some jeans for my boy friend that was on sale for $8.99 perfect fit. I went to the Old Navy near Triangle Mall, and it wasn't very crowded.

I've been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Great sales and all the staff have been very nice and helpful! Since I retired my wardrobe is way more relaxed. Old Navy fits the bill. I also got some great deals on clothes for my grandkids!

Store return policy is a joke. I was in the store today and was unable to return some online purchases that I made. I was given some kind of receipt because of the denied return. It made me feel like a shoplifter even though they verified the purchase. The associate couldn't accommodate me. He advised that I call customer service and try to rectify it because it was an online order. I did contact customer service and was still told that their hands were tied. At NO point did anyone at the call center or customer service chat try to get someone else to help resolve the issue. I shop extensively with old navy (or I should say I used to). I have items that I can't exchange or return which is absolutely ridiculous. I will absolutely take my business elsewhere and return every single item Don't bother supporting a company that does not value the customers that keep the doors open. Take your money and spend it elsewhere.

The sign said kids’ shoes were 50% off so I grabbed 3 pair only to find out they’re not on sale at all. The cashier said some of the signs are wrong and asked a manager to check but no one ever responded. No shoes for me. Please update signage.
