I ordered nearly 300€ worth of magnetic balls over two months ago. Maybe three. NOT ONE person aha replied to my several methods of inquiry. I have ZERO magnet balls, ZERO response and ZERO patience at this point! COVID-19 did not impact any one other professional outlet I’ve bought from, WITHOUT COMMUNICATION.

I did not receive the ordered items, and they are not answering e-mails. I have ordered from them earlier, and the magnets are nice (if you do get them).

The magnet balls are great. Poor customer service. I hadn't heard anything in regards to shipping for several weeks. I emailed the contact information on the website twice with no response. I sent an message via facebook with no response. I finally posted on their facebook page how poor their customer service was and the next day they responded to one of my e-mails. I wanted to buy these directly from OMO because I was having trouble finding a seller that would sell more than 1 set of the magnet balls. If you do purchase through OMO and don't hear anything, write on complaint on their customer service and then they'll get back to you.

Is the cheapest place for magnets online, but for my first order I have not received the magnets. The staff on Facebook helped me for the track, and after 5 days I received my magnets (sorry for my English but i am Italian)

I am having the same problem. I paid for FOUR sets of Buckyballs and have both receipts and have sent them to customer service multiple times. I cannot get a reply now and will have to file a complaint with Pay-Pal to get my money back. You want to sell your product in the United States but do not want to stand behind it when problem arise. Please put CUSTOMER SERVICE at the TOP of your list of PRIORITIES!!!!!!!!! YOU MUST DO MUCH BETTER!!!!!!!
