Went to this restaurant 10 days ago with my family. Burgerd were ordered with varoius degrees of doneness. All were cooked as ordered and were very tasty. One family member had the crispy chicken tender salad. It was both plentiful and cane with an ample amount of chicken.

We were on our way to a concert and stopped at Red Robin for dinner. The service was good and the food was delicious.

We went to this location for drinks and dinner on a Friday night. We enjoy Red Robin's burgers generally. This trip however was not up to par. The Margaritas were good but took a long time to arrive. The appetizer that we ordered seemed to take a long time and came about two minutes before the burgers. The food was good but the service was poor. Disappointed.

the service is horrible. it took forever for our food to get to our table oh, and when it did it was cold. we ended up with a melted milkshake for our son, and when they brought the food out they brought no silverware. Only asked for silverware, one of the waitresses in the kitchen rolled her eyes as if it was an odd request. Who brings food to a table without the silverware. they should shut this location down considering all of the bad reviews regarding service. I wonder what the manager is doing about any of this, looks like a whole lot of nothing. will never be going again. all I do is stand around in the back of the kitchen either scrolling through their phones or just chit-chatting with each other and I watch the manager noticing this and doing nothing about it

Wish I saw the state of the kitchen before I ate, I would have walked right out. The rest of the restaurant was not in any better shape but it was Sunday night and just assumed busy but nope just an absolute pig sty. Management should try to take pride in their work and their responsibility in keeping a place clean and neat; especially when it comes to the food industry. This spot used to be our go to place for our burger fix..But spending more time regretting the meal then actually enjoying the meal is enough of a sign for me...Only giving this 1 Star cause it wont let me go lower or minus..contacted corporate the day after and yet I still didn't hear back...inspect the place before you sit down and eat...

The hostess was awful. Even after I clearly told her we wanted a booth she disregarded that. Placed us at a table that needed to be cleaned and there were other seating areas that were already clean. A large party was put so closely to our table that I had to ask our waitress to move us and she gladly did. Service could have been much better but it was decent nonetheless.

The waitress didnt give two cents that we were there. Spent more time on her phone they doing her job. However the cooks did a great job with our food.

Ordered a to-go order at 7:55 and they said it would be ready in 20 mins. Got to Red Robin at 8:25 and waited an extra 35 minutes for them to still not have our order ready. Poor customer service. Took them over an hour for 2 burgers to go, we never got our food so we left and ordered Bad Daddy’s across the street and was ready in 15 minutes.

This was my first experience at Red Robin. Poor service due to overworked staff. Kitchen staff played music so loud we could hear it in restaurant. Very slow service, server didnt know basic drinks menu, Appetizer onion rings never arrived despite us asking them to check on the order. Burger ordered without mayo had mayo on it. Food tasted fine. Dessert was average, had to ask for ice cream on desserts that were supposed to be served with it. Finally, we were given another party's check! Overall impression is very poor management. Not sure we will go back to this location.

We’ve been coming to this restaurant since it was opened many years ago (at least 13 or more) and we’ve seen how it has gotten from good to bad and worse... the service has gotten awful. today the restaurant was almost empty and still it took about an hour between getting seated to the time we actually got our food, plus (well you can see the pictures that I’m uploading) the kitchen was dirty and also we counted more than 9 tables not cleaned with all the leftovers there for quite some time and at 10:00 pm they said that the kitchen was close so they won’t have certain things even though we put our order at around 9:00 and it was their fault that they didn’t bring everything we ordered. LAST TIME WE COME THATS FOR SURE. AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

I’ve gone to this location a few times, but never again. The service and speed has progressively worsened with every visit, and last night was the final straw. I walked in and placed a to-go order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. It took double that time to get the food to me with absolutely no explanation during the delay. I could’ve been understanding if someone had simply said “the kitchen is backed up, we’re working on your order right now”, but I was left to sit and wait. I wasn’t alone, at least. I was joined by another customer who had ordered using the app and who had a message stating that her food was ready, but they didn’t give it to her for at least ten minutes. Bad service. Won’t be back.

Got here on a Sunday afternoon even though the place was empty they told me to wait 20min for our table. Two other groups arrived after us and they got seated right away. I went and ask the lady that got my table request and said I was second in line. Explained the situation to her and she did not had anything to say I simply walked out. I'm definitely not coming back to this Red Robin.

We stopped in for a quick bite after our son's Dr. visit at Duke Medical.We had some burgers that were average, tasty shakes. But most of all great service.Mark was our server, and he was very polite and answered all our questions about the area, as we are new to Raleigh. He was juggling a very large B-day party and still made time to give us great service and info on the area. Thanks Mark for all the good tips!

Red Robin, I really love this place, the Briar Creek location is the best. I love there chicken sandwiches and fish sandwich. Love the bottom less fries with that red Robin seasoning on them, yummy. The staff are very friendly and always so nice. This is a great place!!

Absolutely miserable service and they could care less. I'm not a critical person and I've been here a handful of times before so I knew it wasn't a 5 star experience but the food is OK and I was going to give it another shot. Let me start by saying they were not busy at the time and it was a Friday evening. There were lots of open tables. Drinks and food initially came in good time and it was OK. Regular Red Robin fare - a little overpriced and a little under on quality. In the next hour and a half we could not get our server to bring us any additional fries or drinks. We were told the fries came up but a different server took them and the best she could do was put another order in. This happened 3 times. Apparently they were out of water too as we couldn't get them refilled either. Server could care less and eventually got an attitude about it. I wasn't rude to her as I didn't want to ruin my chance of her eventually bringing food and drinks. Appealed to the "manager" who couldn't have cared less either. Was there for an hour and a half, spent $30, left hungry and upset.

We debated about coming here and decided ok we will try it again bad idea. The first fries were hot a little soggy not at all crispy and I didn’t taste any seasoning. We ordered the California chicken sandwich and a double cheese burger. After about 30 minutes the food came out. We were surprised by the size of the burger patties the were the same size of the single tiny tomato slice. You would have gotten a bigger burger going to mc Donald’s. The chicken barely had any guacamole I couldn’t taste it the chicken was tough. When we finished our meal and asked for the check - yes some of us don’t like using the little machine on the table especially considering how easy it is to hack the WiFi our check was tossed on the table and the pen didn’t work but our waitress was gone. As I was looking around the place looked dirty there was dust all over the railing and I looked over my shoulder and saw a bunch of black dots of something. Kinda make me ill just looking at it as we were right by the kitchen. Over we won’t be back. Not like it was a few years ago at all.

Not sure what has happened here to Red Robin. Went to an early dinner and upon walking, in the place smelled like dirty wet towels. After sitting and waiting awhile for the waitress, we placed our order and then waited awhile for the food. Ask if it would be much longer and she said she would check. next thing food came out, Onion rings look warm, Wife's french fries room temperature and soggy. My burger patty was very thin and on first bite the burger was barely warm. We waited for the waitress who we never saw after 5 minutes and so sucked down a terrible meal. Once she arrived and asked how it was, we explained and said it much have sat in the kitchen for sometime. She apologized and said she would let the cooks know. That was it, full bill, no manager apology, nothing.. We won't go back!!

Ok, let start off by say NOT A FAN of their fries....I can understand why they give them away. Having said that, the burgers are really tasty. I usually get the 'shroom burger and no other toppings like ketchup is needed. Very flavorful and juicey meat. Now let's talk about the Guiness shake. YUMMMMM if you like Guiness (and a little Jameson) you are in for a treat. Let me know what you think!

Had lunch at Red Robin today with my grandson. I had crispy chicken tender salad that was delicious and plentiful. My grandson had a gourmet burger which was very good and came with unlimited french fries.

I read other reviews which complained about the service. From the time we ordered until the time we received our food was 16 minutes and the drink refills were timely, so no problem there. I hardly ever eat hamburgers, so when I do, I want a good one and they fit the bill. Their endless fries are worth seconds also. All-in-all, very good.

One of my favorite burger places. Good burgers & topping options, and if you love fries, you get free refills. Service was really slow because they were under- staffed at the time of my visit.

We decided to try a quick burger. But it was not quick. We sat down and the waitress took our drink orders. Those took a little while. while we waited a guy (that worked there) walked over and said I have these fries left over you want them? We were skeptical about left over so no we didn't. The waitress took our order and brought drinks. We waited a long while then the waitress brought 2 baskets of fries to our table. Then we waited longer for our food. Overall it was over 1.5 hours. Too long and too expensive for what we received.

The service was very nice and patient with my elderly parents. They were about half full on a Thursday at 6pm. The food was great and more than enough to fill you up especially with all of the fries you can eat offer. The only thing I didn't care for was the prices two seniors citizens and myself, no alcohol ordered, $58.00 (with 15% tip).

I prefer the Red Robin in New Hope Commons for the service. We came in for lunch and it took them a while to seat us. The restaurant wasn't even half filled. Our waitress did the bare minimum. We were never even offered refills on our drinks or bottomless fries. She did rush over when she saw that we were paying with the Ziosk and nearly snatched it from me. Her excuse was that she thought I ws having trouble with it. I think she just wanted to see how much we tipped her.

Went to celebrate my birthday with my free hamburger ( got mushroom swiss) and my new favorite drink, prickly pear lemonade...so good! Mackenzie,our weaitess, was fabulous. Attentive, kind, helpful, our drinks were always full and checked on us several times to make sure we were satisfied! Even a lemonade to go!! Will for sure be back..lots of free parking, clean, wheel chair accessible, restrooms inside and plenty of waiting seating. Save or special prices when you join Red Robin Loyalty program!

Call me a fan boy that is fine. I love Red Robin and this latest visit was no exception. The food came out hot and fresh, the service was fantastic, the discount due to Red Robin Royalty was substantial. There were a couple of mistakes made by the kitchen but the server handled them quickly without any issues at all. When everything is perfect its easy to take things for granted, its when things go awry that shows how good a place is and RR is one of the best at recovering from a mistake. Thanks RR, you will see me again soon.
