Today, sunday, I decided to come by and make an order to go. When I went in the hostess asked me to put in my order at the bar since she was about ready to leave. I went to the bar and the bartender told me "you got 5 mins to order". I went in at 9:30pm and online it says they don't close till 10pm. I rushed and ordered but I also wanted to order a milkshake. When I told him I wanted a milkshake as well he told me his ice cream machine wasn't working but then after I saw a waitress bringing back two empty milkshake cups. I felt like it wasn't that the machine wasn't working but he just didn't wanted to make it cus maybe he wanted to leave already. I understand it's sunday and people want to leave and go home but it says they close at 10pm not 9:30pm. Very disappointed.

Called ahead to place an order for a pizza & fried pickles, got a call about 5 min later informing me they were out of fried pickles. I said no worries! When I arrived to pick up the pizza, the manager approached me, apologized and offered me a free appetizer for my next visit... Totally didn’t have to do that. I wasn’t upset one bit but he went above & beyond and it made me feel good. Will definitely be back ?

This was my first time at a Red Robin. Unlimited fries were cool but not great tasting, burger was like McDonald's. The games on the table are neat, but needs more two player games.

Ate at this location on Saturday. The waiter failed to acknowledge my wife at any point unless she addressed him. He looked at me and asked my drink order I corrected him when he did the same with our meal order. Don't know what his issue was, whether religious or he hates women. Very unprofessional

This review is for Donato's Pizza which is now at Red Robin https://ww2.donatos.com/locations/alexander-place/ - this is at the north Raleigh location right across Glenwood from Brier Creek. I recently moved to North Carolina from California and I have been desperately missing Mountain Mike's Pizza - nothing compares to their pepperoni, ooey gooey cheese, and amazing crust. I thought the Donato's pepperoni rather resembled Mountain Mike's so I decided to give it a try. I ordered through Grub Hub at 6:53 p.m. and my pizza and wedge salad arrived after 8. The delivery driver changed at least once and the promised delivery time was extended twice. It was definitely the longest I've ever waited for a pizza, but it did arrive eventually and it was pretty good, alas, not like Mountain Mike's but close enough for now. The pizza is thin crust. I thought it was light on the sauce but the cheese and pepperoni were good and the wedge salad (topped with crispy fried onions) was one of the best I've ever had. I was confused when my Donato's delivery arrived in a Red Robin bag but now I understand that Donato's is actually making pizzas and delivering them out of the Red Robin location. I am somewhat excited that I can order Red Robin as well. That was one of my favorite places in Minnesota (I move a lot - yes I was in Minnesota before California) - no weekend was complete without the fried chicken salad, clam strips, and a few mai tais to wash it all down. I will have to actually go to the Red Robin at some point to get those mai tais.

Raven was the best. Raven was busy busy, messed up our order but fixed it with no hesitation and very apologetic. Raven was on point with her customer service skills. I need to bring her home with me to train these rude young folks where I live. Raven you rock keep up the phenomenal work.

When the extended family is gathering this is one of those nice, fast, reliable spots that can house everyone quickly while they find good food to eat in a nice environment. I don't know if all other Red Robins compare, but as the only one I ever go to this one excels. The food is...pretty okay? For the price its downright amazing sometimes. What I do want to say though is that I've witnessed staff and management here being consistently awesome, beyond the call of duty. They're really timely with serving the table even during busy hours. They've been especially friendly and helpful to my kid a few times too, which earns many, many bonus points.

Delicious. Appetizers were quick, drinks were mixed well, burgers cooked with no pink and the fries kept coming! Donut tower was yummy also with 2 sauces. Caleb was very attentive.

Went for dinner on a Wed night and stood around for 5 to 10 minutes just waiting for the hostess. When he finally came up from the back we told him 2. He told us there was a wait even though only about half the restaurant was full. This is not the first time either that we have went there to see more than half the restaurant empty but there is a wait still. I am not sure if they are severally understaffed or what but honestly its ridiculous. We didnt even bother staying to eat as did not care to wait any longer than we already had.

So, let's just start with after being seated and my food was ordered, a table of 4 had to wait over 45 minutes for our food and then it was COLD!!! we requested new food. Initially when the originally food came out my food wasn't even prepared correctly... after speaking to the manager for accommodation he stated that he would only accommodate for the side of onion rings that were only at $1.49... i do NOT recommend this establishment if your hungry...

We had medium expectations going in because our last experience at the Red Robin on 15-501 was disappointing. Long wait and cold food. BUT our experience here was excellent! Our server was attentive, informed and quick. Given that it was her first day (she mentioned to us after I complimented her), it speaks well for the training she received at this location. During our meal she checked on us twice and the manager did once as well. Not too much, and not too little. The food was tasty. We both had burgers (Master Cheese and Burnin' Love). The patties were perfectly cooked. The bottomless sides and drinks really round out the meal nicely. My only complaint was the Yukon chips were saltier than I prefer. We will definitely return!

Things started out well: my server was friendly and my order came out quickly. My burger was tasty but my fries were not fresh - hard and dry. My bubbly server never came back to check on me until after I'd finished my burger. Too late by then to ask "is everything okay?" or offer fresh fries. The manager came by, apologized, and then sent over a coupon for a free appetizer for my next visit. Don't know about you, but I've never gone to Red Robin for appetizers, ijs. In short, with tax and tip (yes, I tipped anyway) I paid just over $15 for a bacon cheeseburger, no drink, inedible fries. Somehow I don't see myself cashing in on that free appetizer any time soon.

I've tried this restaurant twice the first time my waiter was not assertive or nor was she friendly I tried it again on January 7th to 2020 the onion rings are wonderful the hamburger was not good it was cold and it was freezing cold in the restaurant the waiter I had was okay wasn't all that assertive don't think I'm going to try it again I've tried it twice and wasn't satisfied prices too much for the service that you get

The chicken sandwich was grissly and tough. When I asked for a new sandwich, the assistant manager said, "Our chicken is terrible. I knew what the problem was before I even came over." When I suggested that maybe they purchase from a different supplier, he laughed and said, " That is above my pay grade." To be fair, I received a new sandwich and my order was free, but it came out after my companion was finished and we had to take it to go due to time constraints. The second sandwich was not much better then the first. I have come to Red Robin for years because I have unique food allergies that they were able to accommodate. I also really enjoyed this sandwich. The past 2 times I have come it has been terrible. I will not be back.

Such a bad experience with the food and service. I used to go there constantly... But I dont know what's wrong. Burgers are not the same anymore. They gave me an avocado burger with no avocado. They didn't even let me know there were no avocados. The burger was burnt and the cheese too. 3 times happened the same thing.

First of all, it's a chain burger joint that has a catchy commercial... So understand that before you want a 5-star service. This isn't the worst Red Robin I've been to and it isn't the best. The customer service is hit or miss, as well as the quality of the food. Sometimes I come and I walk away saying, "that was really great" and other times, I'm picking at the food because the egg on my burger is too runny and the fries taste like they have been sitting out for hours. Just have the correct expectations going in and you'll realize that it's not the worst you could get for a $12 meal. Drink a shake and it will be worth it.

For a burger chain I have to say they are very good. They have very good quality however you can only get your burger pink or no pink. So medium or well. If you're looking for a burger place with good selection friendly atmosphere great for kids this is a good place to go.

This is the worst location I have been to. I have fought to write reviews for a long time but after this last experience I must say it's time. My food was ill-prepared, my time was lengthened and waisted, and my fries were undercooked. In a restaurant that was only about 35-40% capacity at the time with three servers and one OVERWORKED bartender, it had three managers which choose to laugh and eat at a table closest to the front door with little regard for customer perception or services. Knowing that this bartender needed help, they chose to sit as people waited. Let me be clear this was NOT the fault of the bartender but the fault a shotty scheduling system and greater managers who pay no attention. I will be informing many people to not make this their choice in restaurant!

Update: went from two stars to one. I decided to give this Red Robin another chance by ordering DoorDash. Thirty minutes in and the restaurant never even confirmed my order. What the hell were they doing for half an hour? Did someone fall asleep at their station? I swear no one at this restaurant cares about anything. This Red Robin is FILTHY. I've never had an issue with the service, but the burgers are usually thrown together haphazardly and again, the restaurant is NASTY. Dirty tables, dirty floors, the last time I was here the staff walked past a chicken bone on the floor next to our table ten times (I counted) before someone finally picked it up. And if the part of the restaurant I can see is this dirty, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I'm surprised no one has gotten sick eating here. The only redeemable quality is the friendly staff.

The price you pay for the food does not match the quality of the food. I payed about $13 for a terrible burger. It made me want to throw up. The service was alright, nothing special. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Wow, they don't call it bottomless fries for nothing. We had an okay experience on a Saturday lunch here last month. Food arrived quickly and was enjoyed by all...the fries never seemed to end. However, service seemed spotty; at first the server was attentive then he seemed to disappear. Later, I called someone else over and she explained he was a trainee...I guess that was her attempt to explain his disappearance. Wish they would have told us that earlier.

Needs new management. Our waitress did a fantastic job but she had too many tables. The manager brought our food to the table. Fries were visibly burnt. Asked for more fries, second batch came to the table burnt. Burger wasn’t cooked to order. Burger was missing bacon and egg and instead of taking it back and making it for me they brought those items to my table for me to assemble my own burger. The only fresh hot item all night was the last basket of fries I asked for.

If I could give this place a negative score I WOULD! We visited this restaurant Tuesday, October 29th at 9:30pm and service was HORRIBLE. We walked in and the bartender confirmed us for 2 and proceeded to give us a high table. Well I'm not even 5 feet 1 inch so to have me sit here would be insulting! She didn't even ask our preference!!! Needless to say, we ended up at both. She left us there for 5 min then came to take our drink order. Provided us with our drinks and said our waiter would be here shortly. I said, "we can't give you our appetizer order?" She took it, grudgingly, but took it! I won't even explain the incompetency of our waiter. It took forever for refills. At one point I think he just forgot the refill after I requested one, he even went and talked on his cellphone while I remained parched! We literally had to walk up there with our glass so someone could save me! Tuesday was there BOGO burger night! Once we received our ticket I said ummm we wanted to do the BOGO, he said, "why didn't y'all tell me?" WAIT.....WHAT!!!!!!???? Then he takes our debit card to pay the bill! He was gone for at least 5 min with my card, I mean he walked in the kitchen and all! I was LIVID! I give this place chance after chance, I think we are DONE! I'd rather spend money somewhere else!!!
