Therease D or whatever that cashiers name is (that's the name on my receipt) needs SEVERE customer service training. A simple I'm not sure or I don't know is ok to say if you don't know the answer to the question. I had a question about how to enter in my information for the Shell Rewards program. This joker just stood silent. Then she just rang me up and handed me a receipt. Ma'am... please find a work from home job with no contact with others because you are nasty and rude.

Stopped by this gas station to use my Shell gift card. I notice that every gas station is different when using a gift card. I went in and the person working at the counter was kind. He was patient as I used my gift card for a tank of us. I appreciate that a lot. At some Shell gas stations, they make you feel like your doing something wrong. Busy little gas station but convenient.

Wow. I live near this gas station and there are constantly accidents here. I mean the number and frequency of the accidents at this location is astonishing. It is such a small tight space. They have crammed too many pumps into too small of a location. Unless you are on E I would definitely find somewhere else to go.

Cashier doesn't know what days which lottery's are drawn. Doesn't know how to ring multiple draws on one ticket Refused $100 us currency for payment and responded "we don't keep much cash in the drawer what do you expect me to do?" I responded I don't know what you need to do but I'm going to find somewhere that knows how to manage a simple cash drawer. Won't be back here for anything.

I paid for a $13 car wash. The pump didn't generate a code, so I had to enter the Circle K to get one from the cashier. Once I got into the wash, the washer stopped after the initial rinse. I went back to the cashier, who gave me another $13 wash code. However, the entry screen said the machine was out of service. I went back to the cashier, who gave me two codes for a $10 wash and a $7 wash (I didn't want either of those; why would I want both?). The cashier thought maybe just the fancier components were broken, and said she really didn't want to put the closed sign up. But the entry screen still didn't accept either new code, so I returned to the cashier. She refused to refund me for the $13 wash I never got. She said I could come back anytime and just explain to whoever was working what happened and get a wash. Yeah right. She also said I could use the code within 30 days, once the wash was fixed. Only problem is I wasn't shopping for a future car wash. I suggest not getting anything but gas at this location. Better yet, just keep driving towards the Edwards Mill BP.

Definitely a convenient gas station at Lake Boone Trail and 440, easy to get back onto the highway from here. The pump area is a bit small so don't bring a larger vehicle. But it is completely covered and that's useful in weather. The receipt printer worked, the gas was reasonably priced and I'm happy enough. They are currently selling Shell products, so you'll get to use your Fuel Rewards for a few cents off. A-OK. [Review 11857 overall, 1639 of 2019.]

I live fairly close by to this location, so I visit this Shell pretty often, as it's my most convenient option. During the day, I have no problems. Staff is friendly, and I'm typically in and out with no problems. However, I refuse to visit here at night because the elderly gentleman who works during 3rd shift is extremely disrespectful. I visited here around midnight last night to buy a lighter and a bag of chips; I showed my ID and was ready to pay, you would think it would be a simple transaction, right? The gentleman behind the counter decided to let me know that "the only thing I would use this lighter for was to smoke cigarettes with it." I let him know that I'm old enough to buy it and that he didn't need to worry about what I did with it in my spare time because that was my business only. He proceeded to then throw me out the store because of this. I have roommates who visit this location as well who have complained to me about this particular employee. As previously mentioned, all other staff are great, and I will continue to visit here during the daytime. On the contrary, if you live in this area and need a late night convenience pickup, I strongly urge you to visit the 24hr CVS down the road. At least I don't have to worry about racially motivated comments when I'm there.

Small, difficult to access, and the convenience store is tiny and overpriced. Gas prices are usually around average and the pumps work so I keep returning due to location. I'm hoping for a QT or Sheetz to come nearby.
