Worst smoothie king in the triangle. The actual smoothies are a hit or miss, 9/10 they’re a miss but there are a few staff that really know how to make a smoothie. But that’s not my biggest issue, the issue is when I place an online and literally every single time I get there it hasn’t even been started yet. If you’re looking for great custo service, and smoothie hit up the one in Morrisville. They hit EVERY time!

Placed an online pickup order this morning for pickup at 7:37. Showed up at 7:40 and the place was locked up. Lights off, doors locked, no one home. Says on the door 6am is when they open. Just took my money and no smoothie.

Drove over on my lunch to grab a quick smoothie. I was immediately greeted with an attitude from the girl behind the counter asking me if I had an online order. I hadn’t placed one in advance. She told me she wasn’t taking walk in orders at all. Sat outside for about a minute as she completed the 2 tickets for mobile orders she immediately picked up her cellphone to scroll. The owner should get involved. Your employees are shooing away your business to scroll on their cellphones on your dime. For reference this occurred 1/25/24 at 2:52 pm.

Put in an online order and showed up to the store not even being open. It’s 45 mins past when they were supposed to be open and I can’t cancel or get a refund on my order. This location is absolutely garbage.

On Dec 7th I did a mobile order for a smoothie and bowl, and then when I got there the guy said they weren't making bowls, he told me to call the store later when the manger was here to refund it, and I asked him to tell the manager (it's not my responsibility), of course, he didn't tell the manager and I called the store later that day and spoke to her, giving her my order number and asking for the refund. A couple days later I hadn't gotten a refund, so I called again asking about it. Again I gave my order number and the manager said she'd follow up when the refund was complete. I called again a few days after that asking again, still no refund.4 days ago I called corporate who also contacted the store to refund it. I get that the kid didn't want to make a smoothie bowl idc about that but it's really not that hard to refund something and it's kinda ridiculous it's take this long.

Ordered online, the staff never made order then cancelled it with DoorDash under the guise of missing ingredients. They also said they didn’t allow substitutions which after making someone wait 30 minutes past their delivery time isn’t a big ask. Won’t be ordering from here again unless it’s in person.

If Fridays are free upgrade. Why are people being over charged? For example. If a 20 ounce is $6+ and the free upgrade is 32 ounces $8.+ why is it more money if it's a free upgrade? That not free upgrade. It's a scam! Not going back!

Smoothies are always good quality, just not sure why when I order through the app they start making my smoothie when I get there not before… Almost pointless to order on the app if I have to wait for them to make it

rude customer service!! everytime i come here its always out of something and the store manager i do not like her attitude i came in the other day and act as if me coming in the store annoyed her and i always see her rolling her eyes at the customers. smoothies are great but theres bout a handful of employees including that manager who need some improvement or simply replaced

I ordered a Greek Yogurt Strawberry Blueberry, and this is more of a cookout milkshake than a smoothie. It’s super thick and poorly blended. Gritty and watery, rather than smooth.

The employees are great. They have positive attitudes and always work diligently and get orders out in a timely manner to perfection. My issue with this specific smoothie king is that it has not had AC since the beginning of the summer. It is not fair to the patron nor the employees. If I worked at this smoothie king I would definitely not go into work. It is a health hazard to have those employees in such terrible conditions. This is America and I expect better as I'm sure others do as well.

Most of my issues are with delivery, and specifically not receiving everything I ordered (and it’s not the drivers because I’ve had no issues like this other places with the same drivers). I thought this was just incompetence until 1 of the drivers was told they didn’t have an item I ordered, they made no attempt to replace the item, still charged me the full amount, and said to handle the refund with Uber Eats in this case. This is essentially stealing as I’m pretty sure the refund money when done like this doesn’t come out of their pocket.As a cherry on top, one time I went in person and got there 5 minutes after it opened and they said they were still closed. It’s a shame there isn’t another smoothie king near me because the service at this one is terrible.

The customer service was great. But when I ordered a shake I didn't know I was getting thick ice cream that was hard to suck through a straw with thick Pieces of ice that wasn't blended well ?
