Change your store hours online at the same time you change your store hours in-store or please don’t post your hours online - people do actually look up store hours online before they drive to your store. This would have saved many customers a wasted trip to your store.

I am so disappointed in the print shop this past week. EVERY aspect of my non-complicated order was completely wrong and it took 4 trips in one day plus an additional hour wait to finally get a resemblance of my actual order. It was 2 different schedules and 2 maps on boards. I went in Thursday night and placed my order and was told that a morning completion would be rushed but it could be done by lunch without the additional rush charge- I said lunch was fine and most importantly I needed the schedules. I left thinking by lunch of the following day I would have my order. A colleague of mine happened to be in the same Staples at 11 am on Friday and I asked her to check on it, maybe it was done...she turned away rudely, by who I now know was the supervisor, and told it wasn't due until 6 and that is when she was going to get it. I then called and relayed my story- the supervisor then told me that I should have been charged- I APOLOGIZED and said I was sorry and I would pay the charge but I needed those schedules. He said he would print the 2 schedules, verified they were two different, and try to have them done by noon. I had another team member go to the store at 1 pm to give them a little extra time and only one of the schedules was printed, incorrectly, and he then claimed we didn't have the other schedule file and now it wouldn't be done for another 24 hours (again a simple print on card-stock). They did reprint the schedules, but the second batch was WORSE than the first!!! I then rushed down there and by the time I arrived the supervisor had left for the day. I show up with my receipt and asked if you don't have the file, what did I pay for? They responded that they DID have the schedule file but mas missing one of the poster files- thankfully I brought everything again and provided the file. So....I show up at 6 pm to pick up my completed order and it is WRONG. No schedules at all, the associate said the supervisor told him we didn't need them because we already picked them up- I said I personally showed up saying we still needed these, how could it have been clearer? Then the posters were not printed on the boards....an additional hour of waiting and they ended up fixing the boards and printing the schedules. One of the associates said the good news was that I didn't actually pay for the board and they were not going to charge me....ugh, thanks???? I would have paid double NOT to have had this experience....So word to the wise, you need anything printed, save yourself the stress and go anywhere else.

The staff at this location especially in the print and copy center are the best. I can't speak highly enough of each employee, from Mike the AGM to all the staff - great prices, great location and the customer service is great. I have been a dedicated customer of Staples for years, and each time it get's better and better. Kudos the management and staff at this location.

This spot is your classic Staples. Awesome if you need to run in and grab something or enjoy perusing some good old office supplies. I usually head in if I'm not quite sure what label pack I want to go with or have run out of packing tape. Every time I've been in the employees have always been friendly and helpful. I don't love their online print center so I don't always go to them for that, it's just not the most user friendly in my opinion. Parking is super easy over here as it's a bit away from the Trader Joe's crowds.

I purchased the HP 902XL cartridge at this store. Inside the 902XL box, 920XL was inside. The store would not exchange it to the correct item and told me I would have to contact HP myself. I purchased the item at this store and they should be responsible for the items they sell, rather than telling me to take care of their mistakes.

I finally decided that the pen I've been carrying for about three years needs to go. I need to get past the whole thing of "lucky pen" and move on. Ever since the TSA stole my "tactical pen," I've been carrying one that I picked up somewhere and it's time to replace it after it's traveled most of the last three years. Stopping into this Staples, I did manage to find a new favorite and it's going to be a good time. We'll see if I can hang on to this one for another three years. Other than the pen selection, which is epic, they have all the other office stuff you might need. Some good prices, some not so good prices. It's all A-OK for me. Went to get a displayport cord for a new computer. They had one. Their website showed more. The one they had was $35. Amazon and Walmart had them online for about 1/3 of that amount or less.

Very racist and rude staff. Be aware they talk on the walkie about you in your face. The print center steals your money. Management is young and ignorant. When you call corporate there staff doesn't send your requests to through the proper channels. Then corporate tells you we cannot disclose what was done to the parties in question. This will be another (Starbucks scandal) when I'm done. The complaint representative left a voicemail on my phone stating she forgot to press send on the email. I'm disgusted with this location. I have obtained legal representation.

go to the machine, follow instructions, and print. LOVE IT. no extra fees, no waiting for assistance (unless you get stuck). Great for those with no printer at home, or just can't drive all the way back home during errands.

Armand Williams is the greatest delivery driver for our office supplies. He always comes through with a very cheerful attitude and brightens our day. We consider Armand family. We were distraught when we heard his route may be changing. He is the greatest and deserves a significant monetary raise for his excellent work.

I want to the Staples this morning with my business colleague who had an important document to be scanned as a pdf. We were in a time crunch to get back to work. There was no one to offer any assistance in the Copy Centre. The only option appeared to be to send it as a fax No kidding, in 2018, STAPLES charges $2.29 per page for its faxing service. Never mind that what ai really needed was for it to be scanned as a pdf. I asked for help when I checked out at the register. I was told there was nothing that could be adjusted. We left. I called the Store General Manager, Mike, when I got back to work. He agreed the charge was outrageous but, he was not helpful; he passed the buck and advised that I reach out to the corporate office via an 800 number. This whole experience was not â€œEASYâ€ as claimed in the STAPLES advertising. This was in no way either an easy or a good experience.

This Staples is in a good location off Wake Forest Rd and I-440 beltline. It's easy to find and the times I have gone there I got what I wanted.

0 customer service. Sara "manager" was the one I dealt with. She didn't help whatsoever, she went and hid in her office. Couldn't even look up my purchase with my staples card. She should be fired!

To Whom It May Concern: My experience at the Staples on Wake Forest Rd. was quite perplexing. On 10/23/2018, I placed an order and was services by a male with dark Brown Hair looking of Hispanic Descent and received some of the best customer service at around 8:30PM that I've ever received before. I was very complimentary of him despite feeling like $60 dollars was a bit pricey for what I purchased, I left out with a smile on that day and was fine with it because I felt like it was convenient and I got great service. However, when I went to pick up my order on 10/24/2018 at around 8:30PM and was services by an African American Female in a Blue Shirt working in the Print Shop, I received some of the worst service ever and I was quite insulted. (I'm also African American, so I'm not being racist just trying to describe her without knowing her name). I went to pick up my order by the "promised time" that they SAID it would have been ready. However, it was not ready because they had printed it on the wrong paper (matte paper instead of photo paper) and this is a very large photo that I would be framing and hanging in my living room so that didn't work. So I waited around for the lady to fix it. Once she was done, I asked her what was she going to do with the pictures she printed on matte paper, which were a mistake and I asked her for them and she said no that, that would be giving me something for free and then she offered to charge me for them. I told her no that's OK I've already paid $60 bucks for these photos that were not ready on time and then she told me they would throw away the photos that were printed as a mistake in the trash. On top of that, when I got home one of my photos that she printed was the wrong size and therefore could NOT fit in the frame. On my way out the door, someone asked me about my visit and I said I was not coming back. However, I have to go to that wretched place again for a 3rd day in the row just to get this problem FIXED. 1. So no they do not meet their promised times. 2. They would rather throw MY OWN picture in the trash than to give you something that they've already printed that they made a mistake on and 3. They do not get orders right the first time. She made me feel like I was trying to freeload. I do not appreciate it and if it wasn't for them messing up my order. I would have NEVER went back to this store again.

This one is like most Staples--big, clean, bright, and very-well organized. I had a ball in the clearance section in the back of the store yesterday. They had a lot of notebooks, organizational supplies, and even some Sharpies! The problem was that the prices for everything I was interested in weren't marked. They didn't have price-checking stations, so I had to wait in line at the front. When I got there, several of my items rang at $9,999! Of course, that was a mistake, but a manager had to be called, and he had to "guess-timate" the prices, because there was no record of what they should be. The associate who helped me was friendly and efficient, but that was way too much work for a couple of notebooks and file folders.

Great experience at this location. Here shopping for an office chair after already going to Office Depot- found Staples pricing to be better. Made a decision on a chair and manager Mike Pucci handled the transaction perfectly, from beginning to end. Great service and product knowledge on his part, including a warranty that I would not normally buy. Mike presented the value of the warranty well enough to cause me to pull the trigger on it. Would drive the hour just for the professional service here.

By far the best customer service I have experienced in a long time, maybe ever! Selena and Mike went well out of their way to do a complicated print job quickly and perfectly! I went to Kinkos down the street (Springfield Commons) and was given an outrageous quote (the service rep, when I asked him how he was doing actually responded 'busy' as if my business was an inconvenience to him AND he was killing ants on the counter with his thumb while 'taking care' of me). I left quickly! Staples took the job cheerfully and immediately; and for 60 percent less than Kinkos! Selena and Mike understood how important the job was to me and they approached it with the same importance. Their attention to detail was not only refreshing but reassuring. So take it from a guy who hardly ever leaves reviews: I can't imagine I will ever even waste my time shopping around. And to all who currently do business at Kinkos down the street, treat yourself to some genuine service and go to Staples on Wake Forest Rd.

I came into Staples to complete a rush print job. Alex, in the copy & print center took great care of me! He also skillfully handled several customers at once, making sure that each person got his full attention. Not only was the service great, the quality of work was excellent, too! I commented him to his supervisor.

I visited your store for the first time last week. I had the pleasure of having Dane ring up my sale. He could not have been any nicer and made my customer experience and A+. Last week I went to a competitor to look for an item (they were closer to my house). They did not greet me (STAPLES did). When I asked for assistance there - they pointed to a shelf and seemed put out by my asking. Completely different experience at the STAPLES on Wake Forest Rd. Definitely plan on going the extra mile to get my office needs there.

Spoken with several people that don't even know that this location is in the shopping center, which is surprising because the area get such heavy traffic. But it is a great sword to stop by if you are making a quick run for office supplies. The staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable, and even though it is a much smaller story than any other Staples in the triangle, if they don't have what you are looking for in stock at that location, they can place an order for you with free shipping on all in store purchases.
They have a pretty good-size copy and print section, with plenty of self-serve machines. They have computers you can use, copiers, and fax machines. Their staff behind the counter can do posters, laminating, or pretty much anything else you need. I found this to be a great resource for pretty much any business need or any personal need to have that would fit what they carry.
They also do cell phone and computer repairs, including replacing batteries for iPhones.

This is a kind of weird place to visit. Half of the store is empty, everything seems a little outdated, and the employees are helpful, but always seem a little surprised to see people inside. It does have most standard office supplies, so that's a plus, but I honestly wouldn't visit for much else.

By far the best Staples I have ever been to!
I recently needed business cards printed. I put a front end back Jpeg image file on a USB stick and first headed to Office Depot. They wanted to charge $20 to out it in their website to create the 10 up format for the printer. I left and headed to this Staples location. I was greeted by the friendly staff who quickly got my order sorted for the cards. I placed the order at 6:15pm and at 7:35pm same day, the cards were ready for pickup. Incredibly speedy print center with staff that have a passion for what they do. Can't ask for anything more.
