(Translated by Google) The store is spacious, clean and well-furnished. There are several beautiful and friendly female clerks in it. Because I had some problems with the online payment, I came to this store to ask questions. As soon as I entered the store, someone came to greet me. After listening to the questions I said, she immediately invited her Another colleague checked my payment details online and found out the problem and immediately helped me solve the problem. It is highly recommended to come to this store to buy mobile phone equipment and even to do the house number. I think you and you will be treated like me and will perfectly solve your needs and solutions.(Original)店面寬敞乾淨擺設整齊裡面有好幾個漂亮親切的女店員,因我網上繳費出了點問題來這家店面詢問問題一進店內就有人來接待,聽完我所說的問題她馬上請她另一個同事上網調閱我繳費明細查出問題馬上幫我解決問題。很推薦來這家買手機手機配備甚至來辦門號,我想你妳們會跟我一樣會有親切待遇及完善完美解決你的需求跟解決方法。

Not sure why there are so many terrible reviews, but my experience was great! Walked in, was greeted right away and received an easy upgrade with representative, Daniel. He was very knowledgeable and made the process run smoothly. Will definitely be returning in the future!

I understand that during this time, everyone is on edge and very alert. This doesn't mean that the employees should be blatantly rude and extremely disrespectful. We were checking out at the self checkout and the woman continued to rush us and told us we needed to use several self checkout lanes to go faster??? Why can't we just check out on the one we were using??? Why would i want to touch all those machines and have to swipe my card at several separate checkouts?! We were there for all of 5 or 6 people and there was no line forming behind us. When I let her know that I would rather just check out on this one she gave a very snarky look and eye roll then walked away talking under her breath. No need people.

I called this Walmart to see if their hours had changed due to the coronavirus shutdown. They told me they would be open until 8:30. I drove about 20 mins. Got to the front door at 8:11. The security guard wouldn't let me - or anyone else in. He said that although they were open until 8:30, they weren't letting anyone in after 8:15. If they were closing at 8:15, they should have said so. And even by their own messed up rules, they should have let us in. It was only 8:11. These guys wasted 45 minutes of my time. I will never shop there again.

Cramped, but loaded Walmart. Has tons of items you'd ever want and many you wouldn't think you would. Bought a pair of jeans. I would have bought another pair, but after 1/2 hour of flipping the jeans around to read the tags, I gave up. Bought some groceries as well.

Wish I could give it a no stars. Worst Walmart ever and that's saying a lot. Everything about it sucks really. Dirty as hell, staff is rude, and the merchandise stock blowed as well. Pay these people more so they give two f$@& please.

My wife encountered a nasty, lazy checkout lady with a foreign accent. She refused to do a price check on a dog bowl set and told my wife to get another one. (A poor idea with a busy checkout line and frozen food products already checked out.) She then refused to bag groceries in the bags my wife brought in and quickly started checking out the next customer forcing my wife to keep the orders separate. This seemingly unhappy person needs training in manners, customer service, and a willingness to cheerfully do her job correctly. (We will now purchase the dog bowl tray on Amazon.)

I avoid this Walmart like the plague. Any given trip there will be a few lanes open to none and only self checkout. You can hardly find anyone to assist on the floor. I will travel 20 additional minutes to a better staffed location. Save yourself the headache!

This morning, I called the pharmacy in regards to a possible refund for my paid prescriptions. I have been able to receive refunds at other pharmacies including Walgreens and when I spoke with the first pharmacy technician, Caitlyn, she proceeded to tell me that I couldn't receive a refund (even though I had at other pharmacies dealing with the same matter). So I called another Walmart Pharmacy and my Medicaid caseworker and they told me otherwise. So I called the Garner Walmart Pharmacy again and the woman I spoke with this time seemed very irritable and aggravated with the fact that I had called again. The first technician didn't seem as irritated but the second woman I spoke with was rude and lacked bedside manner. I will never deal with that pharmacy again, have transferred all prescriptions because their customer service is terrible. If you don't enjoy your job then I suggest you look for another job opportunity that doesn't require dealing with the public.

Nice and cheap and you can print off the pictures from your phone. Only issue I had was that much of the equipment was down and I had to wait 30 minutes for the person in front of me to finish. Other than that smooth sailing. Will definitely return Side note ~ they do passport pictures here

Wow! Where do I begin? Absolute worse customer service we have experienced (sans Time Warner/Spectrum & Direct tv).EVERY time we have tried to contact customer "service" the phone rings & rings. NO ONE ANSWERS,there is always a shortage of sales people on the floor as well. Any one could easily push a huge appliance out the door w/ no ones notice! On second thought- the person who stops customers going in & out @ least does their job!!!We used to enjoy shopping @ walmart, now we cringe @ the idea!!! We have been loyal customers for over 30 years however, we will never spend our time or our money @ any location. Including online!

We are all entitled to our own opinions, right? Well here's mine:Parking: 5+Location: 5+Decor/ambiance: 5+Customer Service: 5++I'm a free agent on the hunt searching for a new mobile service provider. I've been with AT&T for 10 years and its time to give someone else a try PLUS the new iPhone is coming out. I found my way to T-Mobile off Fayetteville street in Durham and was assisted by Becky. She is amazing. She gave great advice. With her their was NO pressure at all. She didn't try and give me an tricks and gimmicks. When I got home I checked my email and found a follow up email from her and Ruth (another rep at the store) just checking in with me recapping my visit with them! Great sales reps with a lot of knowledge and you can tell they are well trained. I came out on a random Wednesday evening where I was assisted with no lines and i received immediate help. Way to go T-Mobile! 5 Star experience, 4 Stars because of the $500 that i have to put down on the phone :(

The customer service is non-existent. No one will answer the phone when you call in. If someone surprisingly does pick up an outside line, there is rarely any follow up from the needed department. Inside the store, I have to find an employee if I have a question , but rarely get the help needed. Why do I shop here ? Why does anyone shop here?
