Apparently online order means nothing you have to stand in line and then get shoved aside and wait more until somebody finally decides to show up to look at the details because the cashiers are useless to do it

It could be organized better. Customers need better search ability instead of asking the employees where to find certain wines.

Huge selection of wines however they only categorize 3 countries. Italy, spain, france. All other.countries are mixed within the varietals. Wont return

The selection is mediocre, the employees are not knowledgable at all and just push the wine they want to sell that day. Even just checking out and paying for a bottle of wine is somehow complicated. You shouldn't leave a wine store more frustrated than when you came in. ?

I recently got sober and ironically Total Wine & More has one of the most robust Non Alcoholic sections. Went in a grabbed a few options to try. They carry Ritual NA Whiskey which is great for making cocktails that taste authentic but are 100% Alcohol free. Ended up leaving one of my bags and went back and they were so kind it.

All the employees were very kind and helpful, except for the cashier named Luke. He was very short with my grandfather and seemed like he was angry he had to deal with any customers. He rolled his eyes and scoffed at my grandfather and thankfully he didn’t notice and wouldn’t care anyway, but I noticed and I was disturbed by Luke’s behavior. Maybe he doesn’t like his job but there’s no excuse for being rude to customers when it’s really not their fault or their issue that he has to work. I hope he was only having a bad day and that this behavior isn’t normal for him. Otherwise a very nice store

I had a fantastic experience shopping at Total Wine & More in Raleigh.The store has an impressive selection of wine, beer, and spirits from around the world, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and help me find the perfect bottles for my needs. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend Total Wine & More in Raleigh to anyone looking for a great selection of drinks and top-notch customer service!

Nice folks and a huge selection of imports and craft beers. The place to go if you're a beer aficionado. (I'm not into wine, but from the looks of it they have an enormous wine stock, obviously.)

Although I tend to prefer to patronize local beer and wine shops, and not chains, I do enjoy this Total Wine & More. Quite a good selection of national and local craft beers as well as a wide selection of wine. The staff is not always the "friendliest," but are always very helpful. Parking at the shopping center is always at a premium, but that is not their fault. Craft beer prices are a little high in my opinion, but wine is well priced. My wife picked up several bottles of sparkling wine for $8.99, which recently just cost her $13.99 at our local Food Lion. I will definitely return to this location and recommend it to others. Wine tastings on Fridays and Saturdays are also a plus.
