I've used this location a handful of times and have appreciated the friendly staff and great truck selection.

I only made a truck return at this site. It was a bit confusing as it’s a nursery, so it wasn’t clear upon entering if I was in the correct place. Unfortunately, U-Haul doesn’t list them as one of their Neighborhood Dealers, so I couldn’t select this site on the website or via the U-Haul app. Once the owner walked over (wasn’t obvious how we would check the truck in and couldn’t get a signal to use the app—frustrating), he checked me in and we were on our way.

I was sent to this location by Uhaul Customer Service to pick up a truck for a one way already prepaid rental. The first red flag was the distain look the lady behind the counter gave me. You know the I don't care for your kind look ( meaning people of color). The next red flag was when I went into the office to sign for the truck and the owner's son told me I had to complete an application to get the truck . I asked him why that was and he told me because I getting a truck off his lot. I reminded him that it was a one way trip and that I had already paid for everything. So at this point I told him I needed to step outside and call customer service because what he was telling me was not what customer service told me. I go outside to call them and while I was waiting on hold the dad comes and of course he knows exactly who I am, and says your the lady needing a truck to go to Atlanta, and he says we'll come on in, I just need to check some things and have you on your way. So I asked him check things like what, and he says like your credit card information, and I said I've already paid for everything. He says I know but I still need to check and do the application. I told him wanted to to talk to Uhaul Customer Service first. He tells me all they going to do is keep you on hold forever, and told him I would wait to speak with customer service. I left and went down the street to wait on a representative. When I speak to a representative, she tells me that they have put in system that I had gotten a truck. She had to call them several times to get them on the phone, and stay on the phone with them to make sure they took the false rental out of the system. I was sent to location on Capital Blvd, near IHOP, I was out of there in 20 minutes with my trunk no mention of an application, just showed my credit card, and signed for my truck. Ive rented from Uhaul quite a few times over the years, and I have never experienced the nonsense they were trying to do. For anyone reading this post, remember this was a one way and prepaid rental. UNBELIEVABLE!

They are nice when they have to sell it. Did not notify me about cleaning fee either when I pick up a trailer or drop off. I was there for 20minutes when I pick up, and 20minutes when I drop off. They just charged $16 for cleaning fee and I had to call them to find out why(they said I spilled the oil, but who knows?). Not right. They just hide it from you because they want more money from you.
