They’re always helpful and are typically in a great mood! Even when there’s a long line, I feel that the workers are efficient and kind. Makes for a much better experience than most shipping places.

i’d give 0 stars if i could. this store lost a package that was a $350 order for a customer of mine. When i reached out and tried to figure what happened they were rude and unhelpful. Didn’t try to fix the problem whatsoever. I opened up an investigation into the missing package.

Usually a solid dependable store. Today I was "helped" by someone who didn't know how to help and talked to me like I was asking for something that the store wasn't set up for. She left me at the counter until other employees came over to try to tackle this seemingly impossible job. One scan was all that was needed. An interest in helping customers would go a long way. It gets busy, but they handle it well and provide great service.I had a package routed here for pickup because someone at the Edwards Mill location stole my first delivery. The line was to the door when I got there, but they had multiple people running the counter and one on a handheld working the line.Got to the counter in just a couple of minutes. They were really polite and carefully checked my ID with the label to make sure I was the right person to pick up the package.

Tried to ship a very light 12x7 ish package in my own paper bag through them, and all I needed was the shipping label. The lady tried to charge me $40 for it. I was shocked, and cordially told her I couldn't pay that much and that I would ship it another time. Only then did she drop it to $10 through usps, which felt scammy because she knew from the start that I didn't have to pay that much for it. She printed the label, slapped it on there with an attitude, and was unfriendly until I left. Will be shipping from another location, or a different carrier from now on.

Rotten. I preface this with: Shipping has already been paid. I usually gonto another location where they say 5 bucks and we got you.This location wanted to charge me $13 for the box and the "service" of packaging. Printing out the label is $2 and change. I left and came back to drop off the item which I boxed and labeled myself and they acted like they were going to call the cops for not paying them the $2 for the label they printed.I will make sure that whenever possible I will go to the Strickland Road location or I will use USPS priority which is a much better service anyway for small items. Long story short, I do not recommend this store or UPS for any shipment service, look elsewhere if you expect any level of customer service. I shipped a $700 framed/autographed Josh Allen Jersey from Raleigh to Atlanta. Package was completely destroyed. Marriot staff in Atlanta saw the truck driver kick the package out the back of the truck and swung into the lobby ripped, frame pieces missing, glass shattered. Even worse was this was to be presented to a client next day.UPS store and corporate staff were completely worthless and did not care to take any responsibility. Even though I have a sworn statement from marriott front desk and photos they took. I even paid for added insurance which they still did not honor. I used to work here and at night they just put all the packages into a fedex truck and we would just take the money people paid us to pay FedEx not to tell. It was expensive. I only got paid once and most of that was a bag of Chick-fil-A that the manager stole from the pickup counter.

Pamela who works on the weekends went above and beyond. She helped me locate a tracking number for a return shipment from a month prior- the vendor had denied receiving the package. I really appreciated the level of service that Pamela provided, and choose this UPS store over others in the area-

A huge thank you to Ruth, the new owner and new management. They stepped up and handled a claim that was 6 months old and reimbursed me for the lost item even though it did not happen under their management. Because of this level of service and commitment to doing the right thing, I will return to this location. The store is clean and organized, I highly recommend the business now under new management!

There must’ve been a management change at this UPS Store. It’s now clean and tidy, the employees are providing excellent service and I get in and out in no time. Well done to the owner, management and staff!
