One of the ladies that work there had no business being in customer service whatsoever it took her 13 minutes to notarize my single document she was so concerned with everything else around her from looking at what her colleague is doing answering a phone that a customer left on the counter asking me three times what was my phone number although it was already filled out on the document and asked for my ID twice having said all that first thing she told me when I informed her that I need an affidavit notarized was I know I do that all day—yeah rightThe best place for her is at home where she can’t interact with the public since she can’t attend to the customer she is attending to properlyThis is the first time I experience such a terrible service at a UPS store

I work close to this location & went here a few times to return some items to retailers. As long as you already have the return label available to you, you are good. They don't print them nor do they give you a receipt like a regular UPS store would. I learned this the first time I was there. My items were delivered timely. The staff could be friendlier. They share a parking lot, so be careful to pay attention to the spots or you could get towed.

AMAZING!! Couldn't get any help online or on the phone so I just looked up this place and came in. The lady who helped me was absolutely wonderful! My package was small and hard to find but she went the extra mile to find it for me. Couldn't have had a better experience ????

Oh my, don't work here. They should pay more than what they offer. Short staff most of the time and they make the people who do show up pick up the slack by assigning them multiple trucks at a time. My first week I was bruised up from waist down. They do pass out water, popsicles, and most of the managers are nice but don't sell yourself short at this place. They should be starting package handlers with drivers pay or better. On my second day, I was assigned 4 trucks by Kendra (she was a hater from day 1) on my second day she assigned me truck 7777 and other trucks near.. I got overwhelmed at one time with packages and she walked over saying "this is ridiculous pack and go pack and go it's simple I'm not helping you" .. while other people who just started are assigned 1 truck... Unfair so peace out.. ?

This local hub was very helpful and everyone went out of their way to find my packages. Very thankful! Btw Caleb the driver is awesome he is the main reason we use UPS for all of our shipping.

Any package I ever order and it has to go through this facility it's always delayed because once the package is scanned into this facility it just sits there for two days. Unprofessional and unacceptable

Ordered a package and called us and said our address doesn’t exist so we had to drive out here on a Friday night because they were going to send it back if we didn’t pick it up that night. Our address definitely exists and we have received items from UPS at this address before. Wasting our time because some idiot who was “familiar with the area” couldn’t find our apartment.

I paid for two day shipping and the driver attempted delivery to my home on Thursday. No one was home to sign so he left a receipt stating another delivery would be attempted the following day. My wife was home the entire next day and the driver never rang the doorbell or knocked and disregarded the note on our door saying no signature required. Now my package is being held but I’m out of town and can’t pick it up. I called asking to have it delivered to an alternative address or having it held for an extended time (a couple extra days). I was willing to pay for this but this facility said there was nothing they could do to help. I guess it’s easier to send it back across the country rather than work with a local customer.

FYI, they now close at 7 PM. Kind of feel like they think they're working for the state of NC, where they could not really give a rat's a$$ about your package. I kind of got a feeling that they're just basically there for a paycheck.

This place is populated with liars and thieves! They all lie after they steal your stuff. September 12th, 2018. Hurricane Florence is planning to make Wilmington her home for a few days. I ordered a very good generator to be delivered a day prior to the storm's landfall. It never arrived. We were left with nothing and had to stay in the car for a night with three scared cats and a shaking dog, with chips and a couple of cans of soup. Our survival plan was solid. We just needed that generator to survive. We lost everything in the fridge. No bathroom, nothing. The next day we were lucky to find a crappy hotel room, which was already flooded, but UPS was fine with it. Dirtbags. I used the Amazon tracking and found it had been diverted to Columbia, SC that day. After the storm passed I called Amazon to ask what had happened. They said someone at the Raleigh Distribution Center sent them - and get a load this criminality - a "return to shipper" notice! Degenerate thieves and criminals. The gentleman at Amazon followed up with me a DAY later and said, "Yea, they stole it. But there's nothing we can do about it. That station has a terrible history of theft, we won't use them. But your product was shipped from the seller, which uses them. I can't really say any more about it." And then he sent me a complete path of my generator and a paper trail of the theft there - telling all the things he couldn't over The phone. The people at the Atlantic Ave UPS center are nothing short of criminals, liars and managers who cover up and abed the criminality rampant under their brain dead - and get fully complicit noses. Folks! - do not order anything from a company using UPS for shipping. Period.
