I don't usually go out of my way to review stores, but the experience I had in this store was NOT good. It's the closest ups by me, but I'm going out of my way to avoid it from here on out. I hope potential customers take a look at some of the other reviews.

Always friendly and efficient at this UPS store. I recently stopped by really needing a document notarized. It’s Christmas shopping time and I expected it was not going to happen because of the season. However I thought I would wait in line to see. When I got to the front of the line I was greeted by I believe the owner, Steve. I stated my need and he said “just can’t because it’s busy. He looked around and saw there was a brief lull in the flow of busy shoppers and said ok let’s do it.He gathered all the needed documentation, reviewed my documents, gathered the required number of witnesses and made it happen. Props for the detailed review of everything legally required and got me squared away with smooth efficiency.Steve even thought to ask if I needed copies, which I did but had not thought about that.Off to surgery with my AD in hand!Thank you Steve for taking that precious time to help me out.I always use this store for shipping. It’s so convenient to other shops too.Highly recommend using all of the services available here.

Very rude service with no answers as to why my refund is not being given. In October I shipped a package next day guaranteed. Due to an error made my UPS, package had to be returned to the office and shipped out the following day. I paid 250.02 to ship next day, the late policy states even if the package is 6seconds late a refund is due as it is backed by the guarantee. Why am I not getting a refund for a mistake you all made??? Talked to Cory and was supposed to hear from the owner Jason, they will never follow up with me and I have to call repeatedly as if I’m bugging them for what’s due to me. I will continue to complain, policy is policy, I did everything right on my end. UPS needs to make this right by issuing a refund.

Very rude manager at this store. Talks down to people, refuses to do his job, and is very argumentative.

Great experience! The people were very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of Amazon returns. They have a new kiosk that you can use for returns if the regular line is long. There was no one else there when I went so they helped me pack everything at the kiosk. Highly recommend this UPS store!

Went to get a title notarized after having problems at two Truist locations. Tiffany was very helpful and polite and was able to have everything done in about 5 minutes.

Friendly customer service!I called this UPS Store ahead of time to inquire if they had notary services available on Sunday.The store associate answered promptly that they did. (Suggestion: Inform potential customers that they should arrive at least 30 minutes before closing.)I had a couple of documents that I needed notarized. Naomi was very efficient as a notary. And, for a nominal charge, the store provided me with a .pdf version via email.I am appreciative that this location @Falls Pointe (nearest to me) has notary services available on the weekends.I highly recommend this store and would personally return again to have a document notarized.

I thought I was all prepared to return some items back to Amazon but upon arrival I realized I was not. Steve and his assistant were so helpful and helped me problem solve an issue. They were very patient as we worked through the issue and ultimately shipped my returns.

I had a package that needed to go out at last minute. The owner let me in and took care of it. He also called me after and to made sure I was taken care of and if I needed anything to let him know in the morning before the package left his facility.

I came with multiple items for an Amazon return. The person who assisted me forgot to scan one of the items and when I tried to have them fix their error they would not help as “it was out of their control.” Avoid this location and go to the other one on Falls of Neuse.

It's the only store I've been to in 25 years to get fingerprinted where you have to do it yourself on a desk that is at approximately 2 and 1/2 to 3 ft above the ground. That works for certain height people but it made it a lot more difficult for somebody that is taller than about 5 and 1/2 ft. Additionally I had to ask for help five separate times instead of the person standing there and at least seeing if I could get through the issue the first time. Customer service is wanting here. Highly suggest they do not do fingerprints if this is how they think customer service should be handled. Instead they spent 20 minutes talking to a guy trying to negotiate $5 off of the package delivery cost. There were three workers behind the counter but only one that would come out five separate times to just tell me to read the instructions. The entire process took me about 25 minutes instead of two or three minutes if I had had regular help. The photo I took is a picture of the desk from about chest level.
