This is our go to store for shredding, shipping and lots of other things. Yesterday my husband wanted to surprise me with a cute gift that had our new dog on it. He said the staff were so helpful, efficient and fun. It turned out great. Caitlin even wrote me a cute card to say how much she enjoyed making the mousepad of Bunker. Now that is a personal touch you do not see often. Thank you Caitlin and team!

I recently needed to have Envelopes for my business done and the UPS Store was able to turn around the job in one day for me. I have been a customer of the UPS Store for going on 9 years and they have provided tremendous service the entire time.

I use these guys for Amazon returns and the occasional shipping of large items like guitars. They have always been very helpful and efficient.I suggest 2 things to save on shipping:1. Have them measure your box at least twice as when they're in a hurry, they tend to measure on the high side. Typically a second measure winds up with smaller dimensions and thus ships cheaper.2. If you sell a heavy or large item on eBay, buy their prepaid labels for UPS as the discount is huge vs buying shipping at UPS store.Recommended store.

On my first visit they were packed and the people behind the counter were getting it done and smiling. Knowing they were awesome I made the drive, passing other similar stores, back to them a second time because they get it done. On my 3rd visit, it was a different group of employees, I waited in line behind a few people only to be told when it was my turn that the notary had just left. I said ok, thanks and left. The next day I called and pressed 9 to speak to an employee but 9 didn't do what it said it does. It took me back to the start of the number tree. I tried 9 a second time and it connected...I waited only for the automated voice to tell me that no one could take my call. I was in the neighborhood so I stopped by. Same crowd as the day before with the same disinterested attitude but not so busy so I waited. After a few minutes one of the girls asked if I needed a notary and I said yes. She told me the notary wasn't in that day and that the best way to know was to call. As stated, I had already done that and their phone system doesn't work. I won't be back. You have wasted my time, gas, and energy and done it all with a dismissive attitude.

Very rude service with no answers as to why my refund is not being given. In October I shipped a package next day guaranteed. Due to an error made by UPS, package had to be returned to the office and shipped out the following day. I paid 250.02 to ship next day, the late policy states even if the package is 6seconds late a refund is due as it is backed by the guarantee. Why am I not getting a refund for a mistake you all made??? Talked to Cory and was supposed to hear from the owner Jason, they will never follow up with me and I have to call repeatedly as if I’m bugging them for what’s due to me. I will continue to complain, policy is policy, I did everything right on my end. UPS needs to make this right by issuing a refund.

I called up and was told that there was no charge for printing a return receipt for an Amazon return. When I went to the store they said it would be $4. The girl handed me a paper with an email address and said to send them an email or scan the code. I was a little confused but she jut just stood there like like she couldn't be bothered, so I left. I will never go back there.

Called on the way to the store to let them know I would be arriving within 5 mins of closing with an amazon return, and asked if there was anything I could do to make the process faster.... young gentleman said "no sir as long as you are here by 3" ..... called again at 2:55pm saying I would be there before 3 (young lady said as long as i make by 3) .... at 2:58pm the young lady locked the door as Im running across the parking lot and there was a customer at the desk ? (not professional at all)

Excellent customer service- highly recommend! We visited this UPS store to drop off an Amazon return and we weren't sure whether it could be sent as standard shipping due to its large size. Kate was extremely helpful, taking initiative to verify the size/weight limits and even calling us to confirm that the driver accepted the package. The team at this location are professional and helpful- Kate is awesome!

This is long overdue :oA few months back Mandy assisted me in leasing a mailbox in the midst of a very difficult and trying time. She recognized my distress and handled the entire situation with understanding, patience, compassion, and professionalism.Shout out to Cory? Isabella? (for minimal assistance/support) and pretty much everyone. I've been in several times since, and continue to see the same excellent teamwork, always putting the customer first, and often going above and beyond.Thanks for all you do, and keep up the GREAT work!

I am surprised at the negative reviews. For both the previous and new team, I have had nothing but excellent results and great service. For example, today I used a larger box than I needed to (thinking that shipping price was mostly based on weight). The associate explained about saving money by using the smallest size box I have, and also that for $4 they can cut down a box to fit and save me money.

Both the person on the phone helping me get an estimate on shipping a 5ft tall painting on canvas to the person helping me with the transaction at the store were wonderful! Highly recommend using them for shipping art or larger shipping parcels.

There’s a very rude staff woman (Afr. amer.) at the front. I was running errands early with my young daughter and wanted to do a small Amazon return for an item that was the wrong size. What should have been a pleasant morning at the UPS Store with my daughter to show her how adults interact and communicate to get business done (explain what’s needed, transaction occurs, get receipt, say thank you, etc.) turned into the staff lady going on and on of how I need to use the new, technology available. Even after she kept telling me 3+ times, then when other customers came in she talked to them loudly and kept looking at me as if I am not technology-inclined and how everyone should do it. That is it the issue. I have an engineering degree from NCSU, former naval officer, and current MBA Candidate; I just wanted to run errands with my 7 year old and show her how that is done in a pleasant environment, but the staff lady showed my daughter just how things should NOT be, instead of how they should be. So sad and frustrating. and kept going on
