Here is a new idea: When a flag is UP and you take mail out of the box, put the flag back DOWN! That way, the resident will know their mail was picked up! This is actually POSSIBLE and I bet if you read this enough times (LETTER CARRIER), you may possibly REMEMBER TO DO THIS!

My package never made it to my apt, which was due to an address issue. I followed up on it throughout the week and today, 12/1/23 I received a call from the most defensive and rude person. She informed me my address was cut off and after 24 hours of not being able to verify my address, they returned it to the sender. I was trying to ask how someone would know where to go to try picking up the package and why the 24hr notice isn’t on the tracking information. She cut me clean off, said I made her feel like they didn’t do their job right when it was it me who didn’t put my address down wrong. Raised her voice the ENTIRE time and hung up in my face. Whoever you are ma’am, I hope you find peace and develop some people skills because your tone and disrespect is a disservice to everyone.

I have mailed two bills this year, one from my mailbox and another from the box in front of the post office, which never made it. That cost me late fees, finance charges and stop payment fees. I will not use this post office to mail important documents.

I am trying to track a letter that I sent from Ohio to Raleigh and the tracking information pointed it to this branch of the Raleigh post office.What a complete failure of customer service since I called there twice today and the phone rang for 3.5 minutes the first time and 2.5 minutes the second time and no one answered. By not answering a phone, that tells me what I already knew. They do not care at all.

I just went into this place to ship a package. The Shrek that is working the counter was extremely rude. I packaged up my product and there was a small tear. I went to the counter and asked her if I can have a piece of tape just to secure. She looks at her tape and says you shouldn’t used that envelope & should use the bubble wrap. I repackaged it and shot the envelope in the trash. She tells me I need to get it out the trash and give it her. (Mind you her attitude was beyond ignorant) She then charges me the envelope I didn’t use. I then told her she was being really petty (trying to keep my composure. I shot My $20 on the counter she then shoots my change back at me which I didn’t care but I can’t believe she had the nerve to swing my receipt at me and hit me. Yes she actually hit me. I lost It & hit her right in back while telling her workers they need to pull the cameras. I’m filing an official complaint against this branch. I’ve come here all the time & never had a problem. No employees needs to be putting hands on the customers. TEKIYA you will lose you job

I didn’t get her name but I wish I did, whoever is working 9/12/23 at 2:00pm is an actual angel! So thankful and so grateful to have been helped by her, she truly helped my family and I so much today. Tears of joy god bless her

The postal carrier on my route is awesome! He is very kind, very helpful, and always willing to go out of his way to help everyone on his route. If the entire postal service, was anywhere close to the efficentcy of my carrier, it would not be "snail mail".

This post office deserves the low reviews received. I understand the employees are overworked and underpayed, but they seem to have given up entirely on assisting people who have lost their packages. They lost a very expensive package and their management was useless. The people who come here are rude too!!! An old hag behind me made a snarky comment about holding up the line as if I didn't deserve my time there. Terrible. Raleigh is full of bitter, angry, hateful, impatient people.
