Our safety deposit box has been at this branch for 25+ years. I went in today to put something in the box and sat down to wait for a banker as I’ve always done. I waited 45 minutes and not only was never greeted or asked why I was there but I also observed a banker get snippy with an older lady that she would have to just wait. She didn’t have to be so curt. I understand if there is a wait but just communicating that or posting wait times would be helpful. I’d prefer to never visit this branch again but have been told I would have to start paying a fee if we moved branches.

This is definitely the worst wells fargo i’ve been to. I bank with them and they couldn’t exchange my small bills for larger bills not even $1,000 worst bank ever. Worst customer service.

As a long term customer of Wells Fargo I will ABSOLUTELY never come back to this location even though it is only two blocks from my house. I was unfortunate to have to deal with a bank teller by the name of Santia. After approaching the counter I handed her my driver’s license and asked to withdraw money from my checking account. I then put my debit card in the machine entered my password and waited. She proceeded to ask me what were some of my recent transactions on my account. I told her the last one. She shook her head no and asked me to proceed. I continued and could tell we were getting no where. I then asked her what was the issue with my account?? I was furious, I told her the amount of my last two direct deposits. Finally after waiting over 10 mins she gave me my recommended withdrawal. Maybe because of my shorts and t shirt showing my tattoos she thought I was trying to steal someone’s money. The bad thing of it all I’ve had great experiences at this bank as I’ve said it is two blocks away from home, after today I won’t be back. Wells Fargo talk to your employee Santia and tell her people with tattoos are acceptable also. Terrible experiencePlease

Absolutely awful banking service. There are a few good people working here, but as a whole, Wells Fargo, and this particular branch, are pitiful. It’s shocking.

I spent three days trying to activate my credit card. It is approved card in my hand. I made a hundred phone calls to different departments, I visited four different branches. They sent me from people to people. But they couldn't activate it. It is most terrible service and it is the most unprofessional bankers I have ever seen in my life.

very disappointed. this morning i had an immediate request to wire funds that had to be completed today. the wire amount exceeded the online cap and it had to be completed in person. i walked into this branch unaware that an appointment was required during COVID. there was one banker available, however there was already an appointment for 11am. they advised if their appointment was a no show, the banker could help me. i arrived at ~10:55am. so i waited. their appointment arrived late at 11:10. in the time i waited, they could have helped me with my wire. i've made wire transfers before. it doesn't take 30 mins to complete. the banker ABSOLUTELY could have helped me and their scheduled appointment, but because of policy, they didn't.

Do not work with Sylvia Jurgenson as your mortgage banker. My closing was completely botched and both myself and my parents wasted a half day attempting to close and she was completely unavailable/unresponsive during closing. Ultimately there were issues with the paperwork that she messed up and as a direct result we were unable to close. Her "35 years" of experience mean nothing as basic concepts of interest and standard paperwork are lost on her. My closing was pushed out a week where I needed to take another half day to go back and try to close again.Additionally there was additional interest accrued on the old mortgage/new mortgage because it was not paid off on the original date that I am now directly responsible for paying because of this lack of professionalism. She was even so stubborn as to argue and deny that it cost us more to close a week later and refused to acknowledge her fault in the entire ordeal.STAY AWAY.

Katherine was my teller and she was very polite and professional. I have never had any terrible experiences with tellers but this experience definitely stood out as very positive.

Made an appointment for 1PM to open an account. Apparently there is only one person who can do that. I was told 5mins...10 mins.. any minute now... then over heard someone say “ do you know when she’s coming back from lunch so she can help them??” !!!! I walked out.

Cecilia López! She was very very rude, racist and sarcastic. She doesn't deserve to work in this bank.
