The people at the creedmore Rd location are friendly. I just don't like that you have to have your cell phone with you to use the drive thru now. Or you have to go inside. But other than that it's fine.

I had someone pound on my window, yell at myself and my 3 daughters, try to break my mirror, and kicked my bumper and broke it in the atm line. The security guard in the bank did nothing. How am I supposed to feel safe going to that place, especially with money. And what a crappy security guard

I went last week because all bankers had someone and the banker manager was nasty I even caught her rolling her eyes at me and she supposed to be on the phone with customer service. I don't understand how she is a branch manager couldn't help me and dressed like she was going to the mall her attire was very unprofessional to be a branch manager... She is rude and nasty they need to get the other branch manager back...

It's slow going at this branch and the security guard was on his phone the 20 min I waited in line . What a job not very safe.

Had a real bad experience on the drive through service today, the unprofessional African American male at the window was having a bad day, he didn't acknowledge me or bother to say a word when I approached him, he just opened the drawer for me. , I dropped some cash, card and ID, he deposited it to the wrong account, he got mad when I asked him to move it to the right one, he stated he don't have to ask me which account to deposit it to. SERIOUSLY???

This location is understaffed. There aren't enough personal bankers to assist with the amount of clients walking in. Wait time today was over an hour and with the district manager present. Only one personal banker on a busy Monday was available to help so many people.

Once again slowest bank in raleigh. One teller working the inside, but two tellers doin drive up. I have a business account and it takes me 30 minutes to get a deposit and change. They stand back there talking servicing the drive up window while the customers inside wait. Will be moving my business account asap.

The male at the drive thru window is very unpleasant and unprofessional. I never have this issue when Jose is there but this African American with the spiked hair is always rude when I go make my deposits for my place of business. I truly think he hates his job.

For months now its ridiculous that this is the only bank that I have issues with not having any employees working. No matter what day its one teller. That is ridiculous. I went again today on a Saturday and No one was even working on the side for other assistance like bank account or card issues. And the line was out the door for banking because its ONE teller.

I just want to leave my bad experience with some of the workers at this branch, the manager is doing a terrible job and her employees are a couple of lazy people who whenever I go, two or three are there in her office just chilling and people waiting for a service when only three or 2 are doing their job. A few days ago I went and this tall dark-skinned boy was sitting but he didn't want to serve me because I didn't have an appointment but he wasn't doing anything just sitting. What kind of service is it? You need to pay attention to this branch because not all of the employees but more than 4 are. some lazy people
