Fairly poor customer service, came in with a cash request and was given unhelpful/incomplete information regarding types of identification that could be used. Called the location at Cameron Village and my questions were answered completely.

Usually don't leave bad reviews. Customer service was not good. The black lady (with the dreads) that sits at the desk beside the chairs, was extremely rude. My father and I came in for an account issue, she did nothing but roll her eyes, she acted like what we were asking for was a d*** request, and just stared at the computer the whole time. And all she did was toss a paper (not explaining anything) and said it's done.

Would not let me deposit a cashiers check from the Bank of America right next door to them on a Saturday . They said the cashiers check was made for a future date and they can't process checks early because their systems wouldn't allow it. I went up the road to the millbrook/Glenwood Wells Fargo and they deposited the cashiers check for me no problem and the also offered to change my debit card for free.
