Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Nice people, but the absolute failure to execute the simple opening of a business account without HOURS of phone calls, return visits, etc. was mindblowing. Worse yet, WF's own customer service team couldn't get the branch to pick up the phone. It has now cost me thousands of dollars in billable time to deal with them and the issue STILL isn't solved.
SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION AND INEPTITUDE -- GO TO A DIFFERENT BANKING INSTITUTION.

Today 3/28/2025 Kirby Pennix provided an exceptional customer service experience during our visit to branch to open an account for my child. He was incredibly professional, courteous, and respectful throughout the entire process. His knowledge and expertise were evident as he thoroughly explained all the necessary information, ensuring we had a clear understanding of the account options. His patience and willingness to assist made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Karine’s professionalism and gentlemanly demeanor truly stood out, making us feel valued and well taken care of. His outstanding service reflects highly on the branch, and we truly appreciate his dedication!

I want to share my experience with this Wells Fargo branch. From the start, the service was disappointing. The first agent, Michal Joyner, was not helpful during my process of opening a business account. He told me they had an appointment at 10:30 AM while it was only 10:15 AM, insisting that I should come back in the afternoon. I followed the manager's instructions and sent an email, but Michal never replied.
When I returned in the afternoon, a young agent made the process even more difficult. Despite confirming the address, she demanded my partner be present and asked for excessive, unnecessary information, clearly lacking experience. She accused me of lying when I asked her to stop wasting my time and told her I would choose another bank.
I've been working with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and have never experienced such poor service. Being accused of lying by a bank agent is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will report this incident to ensure it does not go unnoticed and that no one else has to endure the same experience.

Worst bank that I could use, can’t ever find a solution . They can never give accurate answers when having a problem .

This branch is always difficult. Several times recently I have been told they had run out of bills larger than $20. Today, when I went in to order a replacement card they told me to go online. The “premier” banker was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Apparently this location has a reputation for this kind of behavior even among other banks in the area.

I cannot say enough great things about this location! Both times ive gone in both of my issues were resolved with ease! Monica is my banker and she is just amazing with such an upbeat personality and very knowledgeable! It has been so easy with her and I would definitely recommend Monica!

Worst customer services..cursed out and yelled at by employee in front of entire bank. Went to get a replacement debit card-no one in entire customer service area or greeter in entire bank-waited in teller line over 15 minutes only to be told that I was in the wrong area and should have waited in customer service seat. The bank does not even deal with credit card replacements anymore-everything must be done on app..what a worthless bank. I hope that employee was fired-will be moving our banking elsewhere after being customers for over 30 years.

The worst banking experience ever in 40 years. The people who work there are imbeciles. I have waited for a replacement debit card for over a month!!! The overall experience I get from my branch on Forest Pines Drive is rated an F for failure! Changing banks will be one of most enjoyable experiences I have in business.

I don’t bank at Wells Fargo. My Niece who is 18 banks there. She asked if I could come with her to the nearest branch so she could sort out some things like obtaining a debit card and changing her address.As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a teller who warmly waived at us and as we walked up to him asked what he could do for us. When I explained the situation he flagged down his supervisor Ms. Collins. She sat down with us right away and then explained what we needed to Micah. Micah brought us into his office and over the next 30 minutes worked with us to resolve all of our questions.I honestly have never met such a warm and inviting crew of bank employees. Especially considering this was a Friday afternoon and we had no appointment. I would recommend this branch to anyone I meet.
