Terrible customer service the manager was imposing her opinions about COVID-19 it was a terrible experience.. we were in the store for 15 to 20 minutes and were forced to leave over opinions and the woman was a complete mess. You need better management at this site!

We just moved to NC and needed a few things we lost or misplaced in the move, so we Stopped by to pick up a can opener. They did not have the one in I wanted in store. The very nice associate(Nancy) asked us if she wanted her to look online, which she did, we ordered it for delivery at our home , we really appreciated that the extra time she took ordering for us! We will be back! Highly recommend! Ask for Nancy, you would t be sorry!

The knife sharpening service basically didn't work – the knives still feel dull. They held on to my knives for nearly a week. Two of the knives I left them, they decided not to sharpen. And they sent me marketing mail even though I asked them not to.

"Sam D.'s posting is obviously a uneducated response and proves he could care less about family, friends (if any) and a foolish follower of the arrogant. I doubt he can afford to shop there...and must be one of those that hates women.

By far this is the worst Williams Sonoma in Raleigh. IMO, The three socialist women whom work there are the most rude, most impolite employees we've ever encountered at a Williams Sonoma. The Science has been made clear that the incessant refrain of wearing masks is in fact erroneous and that wearing a mask does absolutely nothing to prevent or protect one from being exposed to any virus. Additionally, the wearing of masks are indeed detrimental to everyone's personal health. Williams Sonoma's political positions have no place in the business environment and their personal position that anyone regardless of being vaccinated or having a medical exemption must conform to their company mandated policies or the consumer must vacate the store is an ill informed ill advised policy that has cost them not only these customers but hundreds and thousands of more. We recommend no one shop at this, or any, Williams Sonoma until they end the absurd policy of customers wearing a mask in their store. Finally, they lie to their customers by claiming they are doing their part to keep people safe. When they are doing no such thing. If the employees are forced to wear a mask as a W-S policy of employment is one thing but to try an impose their dress requirements upon customers is unacceptable. These women were behaving in a manner akin to the mask Nazis of the past.

I’m a regular shopper at Williams Sonoma. I encountered the rudest clerk, who yelled at my younger daughter for wearing a shield that she was required to wear vs a regular mask due to her recent nose surgery and refused to let her to enter the store. My oldest daughter tried to explain that she had to wear this type of mask due to her surgery and the clerk continued to yell so we left. Where has the HUMANITY in people gone!!

Bring back Winter Forest! One star for selling me 4 online after they were out of stock and discontinued, but letting me wait a month to figure it out and refund.
