I love YoBa! It is such a big part of my life now and it is one of the best decisions I've made for myself! Being Type 1 Diabetic, joining YoBa has made it so much fun to exercise and it helps keep me satisfied and healthy. I love how they always greet me with my name and make me feel welcome and seen!

There’s usually a clear description of the class and what to expect. I love the positive sense of community and that I feel comfortable if I need to modify movement. The instructors usually offer suggestions for modifying to ease or increase difficulty, which I like.
Our mission at YoBa Studio is to serve our community through movement with heart. As an infrared movement studio, we offer a variety of classes to choose from- ranging from vinyasa-style yoga, barre, fusion of Yoga + Barre, and beat-driven HIIT.
Each class gives you space to get out of your head and into your heart, move sustainably both inside & outside the studio, connect movement with music, and gives you permission to choose when & how you move your body each day. You can move with us in the Studio, virtually through Live Stream, or On Demand.
