I found out about Dr. Howie Shareff chair yoga on the web. I would recommend this highly for people getting started on yoga.... It's great for a beginner or someone who is injured or stiff. Dr. Howie Shareff chair routines help me considerably with some issues I had with stiff joints. I found I could do the exercises while I work. His routines are also excellent for general flexibilty and joint health improvement. The convenient way he has the exercise sessions arranged by length really helps fit the yoga into a busy schedule.
