We ordered a bed and was told it would be here 1 day but it was late and we had not heard from them so I called and was informed a part was missing. Then that made us have to wait 3 more days and when they brought the bed out ,itStill didn't have all the parts.

Fortegra 4 Warranty Corporation insurance offered by badcock is a scam. They WILL NOT honor the extended warantee. I put in a claim they sent a technician out to look at it. he suggested they would fix the furniture. This is not what happened. They stated that because this was not a factory defect, they would not cover it. Their terms of service changed based on their greed. Badcock has a low score via the Better Business Bureau. There are pages of ripped off customers if you look. If you have a problem, they will put you off long enough for the factory waranty to be up and wipe their hands clean of you. Then, the "4 waranty" insurance will find a reason to deny your claim.

Tried to purchase a recliner, was told after 20 minutes that it was out of stock. Not the first time this has happened here. Just a hassle and waste of time shopping here.

Terrible experience for a first time account holder!! Taylor assisted me she was wonderful sweet/pleasant attitude. I doubled checked my paperwork ever went back in so she could correct a couple of things. My paperwork had that my furniture was to be delivered 3/13. The day of I woke up at 7:00 and waited all day for my items to come. I even called around 9:30 to move the delivery a little faster I had a prior engagement at 12:00. The lady that answered the phone assured me that my furniture would be the first to be delivered. 10:00, 11:00 came went to my appointment came back still no furniture. Called the store again by the time it closed one the associate assured me, that if my furniture was suppose to be delivered that day, I would have it by the end of the day that was at 3:30. 4:00, 5:00, now 6:00 comes their now closed I had to call corporate. She looked up my case and said that my furniture was still out on delivery but NO DELIVERY! She finally told me that she wouldn’t be able to do anything about it until Monday well I beat her to it. I called the store around 9:30 asked about the delay in my furniture one of the associates asked the other “why did your eyes get so big”? What it was she probably was the one who messed up my delivery or probably had to do something with the paperwork. So the associate on the phone looked up my account and mysteriously my delivery date was scheduled for this Saturday (3/19); sounds like someone was trying to cover their tracks to me! And they also lied and said they called my phone and I didn’t answer. Y’all I gave them my cell phone number NEVER GOTTEN NOT ONE CALL! Which really made me mad because I hate a liar especially when it comes to my money. I took off today because I work during the week just so I could resolve the issue. She then told me they don’t deliver furniture on Mondays after they messed up my delivery! I said well “I’ll be out of town on Saturday and I have to work all this week.” “A total inconvenience I’m missing out on money!” So she scheduled the delivery for the end of the day Tuesday. At the end of the day my experience was totally unprofessional (except for my checkout with Taylor). If the owner doesn’t hire more professional, responsible, and seasoned associates behind the desk, I don’t see that company continuing to thrive.

DONT GO rockingham Babcock. they told me my payment was $75.then it was $125? this place is ripping people off. the stove they brought me was not the one on the floor that we wanted but Babcock swore up and down that was it. and when they hauled my old one off we forgot to get my wife's mothers pan out of the bottom. never see that again. a honest company would have returned something like that.please go to Bobby's. they are honest....
