First time coming to Kim's Nails, I asked for French tip with stellito and it's literally the best set of Nails I've ever had. Everywhere else I've gone to they could not do this style. IT CAME OUT PERFECT ❤️$135 with %10 tip!!!

I've been going here about 4 years. Everyone is friendly. They always try to give me exactly what I ask for. ???
However this past time I had someone new. She was very friendly. But I went on on Feb 5th. My nail looked beautiful. But then I had to go back to the 11th because one broke. They did fix it for free. But now it is the 17th and another one broke. I love this place but it seems like they put me off on new people that are not doing very well yet.

Nice place but I had a really bad manicure .. the owner did my nails and had to put glue on my fingers to keep them from bleeding - from manicure. My fingers were sore for days and to make it worse 6 of the dip nails fell off within 7 days .. very disappointedServices: Nail art

Love my nails. Acrylic filling with French white tips $45. They accept credit cards. I was also able to put the tip on the card.

I love what they offer, I think that they could be a little more professional when dealing with different individuals. I don't like the fact that when you pay with a card, you have 3 choices of what they want as a tip.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon with a friend, there was one customer there and I noted 4 staff members. 2 staff were working on the one customer, one doing her hands and the other her feet. My friend and I were sat down and immediately the water was turned on and I thought this is great we will get in and out quickly. Oh no, one staff member started on my friend and no one attended me. I sat waited and waited then finally a female staff member asked which pedicure I wanted, I told her I had no information on the types to choose from, she found a price book and handed to me and walked away, another customer came in and she immediately took her to the back and did her eyebrows and in walking by me she asked which one, I told her, then it was another long wait and she came and asked what color polish, I told her no had gave me a color sample to choose. She found one and gave me, immediately picked a color and tried to keep her attention to give her. She then went on a hunt and walked all around and after another long period she came back And told me I needed to pick another color. But by that time my friends pedicure was about done so I told her to forget it, she took too long and I was leaving. She then said I don’t do nails only those do. Why not tell me I had to wait while I’m watching one customer being treated like a queen and 3 little kits running wild around the shop, being ignored? So it’s ok to have two staff on one customer and one staff member for two customers??? No I don’t pay to be mistreated and treated like I’m less than another customer. My money is as green as any one else’s. I left and will not ever return.Service: Pedicure
