I believe her name was Ms Tammie. She was the one who took me around for a tour. She was very polite and answered all my questions. The gym was very clean that is what I loved.

For what it is, I like Planet Fitness. The equipment is good enough for almost any fitness goal except something hard core. I will workout here until I require specialized equipment need for competition level events. You can build a foundation for any fitness goal here.
Since I am local, I run into folks that I know on the rare occasion, which is nice. Most of the time I just do my own thing. Yes there is some excessive socialization by inconsiderate people and the gym seems to attract more of them than you would find most anywhere else. My solution: Wear dark sunglasses and headphones.
The club is much better than it was a few years ago… the staff was a clique not interested in customer service, but it has much improved.
Planet Fitness is especially good for rehab from injury or surgery.

This gym was nice and spacious with plenty of equipment, not to mention it is very clean. Good job to the ones who is maintaining the cleanliness of the bathrooms/locker rooms.
