If I could give no stars I would. Cancel our homeowners over a snouzer mix. Because he wouldn't let them in the yard for their little inspection. Wasn't even notified about a inspection, would not recommend them if you love your animals, switching company's immediately, also stated they no longer except mixed breed dogs on homeowners insurance an even with adoption papers from the state of NC an vet records our policy would still be terminated if we didn't get rid of our dog.. No thank you well get rid of You! Also will be calling news channel 3 for a investigation against your company an your ? policy

Horrible what they do to their clients! They will drop you if you get 3 or more tornadoes! An insurance company is suppose to protect you!

My husband and I recently moved out to Shelby and decided to switch car insurance. A friend told me about this group bc me and ‘the guy have the same name’ ? well these guys an gals r so nice, they saved us literally $200 a month and I’ve let everyone know!! And they’re even polite if ur late making a payment. That really says a lot!!

I had to file a claim because a branch fell on my car. They were very friendly and efficient with getting me a list of body shops that are approved by them. When I had to extend my car rental, I just had to call them and they gave me 15 more days. I definitely would recommend this insurance!

My wife and I have had insurance for about 3 years with Erie. They are super easy to work with, never giving us a hard time with rentals or extending rentals if the vehicle isn't ready.
