Me and my husband have been with Allstate for 27 years. We started out in Gastonia. Eventually moved to Chris McDaniel in Shelby. The agency was great when Chris handled things. He was professional, got back to you in a timely manner, communicated well, etc. Our car insurance was cancelled without notice after we had filed a claim (what you have insurance for). They were unsympathetic to our situation. I still have my homeowners with them only because I have not took the time to find another provider. I think this will be my next task. GEICO is great!!! 1 out of 5 stars. Would not recommend.

I have been a customer of this agency for years. From Mr. McDaniel to the current McDaniel-Scott group, I have had nothing but positive things to say.They were very helpful when my teenage son needed information for his drivers license while at the DMV. What could have been a disaster for him turned in to a positive experience. The customer service and friendliness of this agency is what keeps me as an Allstate customer. They go above and beyond what is expected to create a personal experience that shows they really care. Thank you for that.

I have been with Allstate for over 12 years until yesterday not with this particular agency. McDaniel and Scott agency pushed me to the point of finding another carrier. If you are reading this review save yourself the hassle and find another agency. Go with a agent who personally know you and your needs. Zero out of 5 stars. I will never have anything good to say about this agency or Allstate as a whole. Better coverage and better people for lower cost at Liberty Mutual. Liberty Liberty Liberty!!! Great song! Once in Allstate hands they will ball you up like trash!
