I ended up making an unexpected stop here on Tuesday around noon because my new used car, which I had only driven 3 times, had a check engine light come on. I had to drive it back to mocksville, and with both of my children in the car, I wanted to make sure it would be safe. When 1st walking in, I saw 2 associates behind the counter, one female and one male... Neither greeted me, and both kind of made me feel like I was bothering them by asking them for help. The male ended up helping me and used a code reader to let me know what was wrong with my car. Once he began to help me, he became friendlier and honestly did a wonderful job! A little kindness can go a long way, and I greatly appreciate his help that day to make sure my family and I can get home safely. I wish I had gotten his name so that I could praise and thank him, but if he reads this, please know I greatly appreciate the peace of mind you gave me driving my family home and your help. Thank you, and God bless!

I visited this store this morning because they were showing a part no one else had. It’s really close to my home. After dealing with the store manager and several people there I regret that I haven’t frequented that store more often and I plan to in the future. Walked the isles to update some of what they have. I use to install auto stores and it looks great but people really finish off anywhere you visit. In this world of negativity I want to say Thank You for allowing me to visit your store. I highly recommend it, will recommend it to my friends and will definitely shop there again.

This store has a manager and staff with automotive knowledge. Store is clean and well stocked. All staff are courteous.

I stood in line for more than 30 minutes before I finally gave up attempting to return an item. There were six employees that I counted inside the store and the line that I was in never moved. They spent the entire time assisting two customers that were returning items without receipts that they said on the computer were not sold in that store. But instead of having them move to the side or move along, they just kept asking them more and more questions knowing that the line kept building. That was the worst experience in an autozone that I ever had and I plan on going to another store so I can at least attempt to return my item and I never plan on going back.

Great Auto Parts store with knowledgeable and helpful staff They also have their Loaner Tool Program if you don't have the right tool your needing to fix your vehicle they will lend you theirs

Been going there for over 10 years and the staff is the reason I keep coming back. Had a little bit of an issue with the “new” guy but worked through it. Attitude was the reason for 4 stars, especially when I described in detail what I needed due to the part was in my hand. Parts have been given specific names not what “you” want to call them. Everyone there is Great and as Helpful as can be. Store is Always clean and Very well organized. No other parts store In The area will do what they do to help. Check these Great guys/gals out first.
