I brought my incredibly dramatic 2 year old in with his dad, to get his hair cut. Sylvia cut his hair, listened and understood what I wanted despite me not describing it very well. He had a meltdown, hates getting his hair cut, and she worked quickly, while maintaining a good cut. I appreciate her kindness and patience. I love his hair.
My husband’s hair was cut by Amanda and his hair looks amazing. Love the ladies here!

Was supposedly a zero minute check in. Stylist was busy smoking and when finally inside got a rushed hair cut that was uneven in the back. Was never shown the back.

I came in on Sunday I did not get the young lady's name , she was very nice friendly. I will be back and hope I get to have her cut my hair again .

This is the 2nd time I have had the stylest Patti Johnston. She is awesome and truly listens to your wishes in regard to your haircut. She is very friendly and effective
Highly recommend her at the Thomasville location.

I brought one of my residents in to get a haircut, she got a bob!! It’s not an easy haircut and Mrs Sarah Hart, did any amazing job on her hair!! We will be back again and again!!! Great customer service too!!! Thank you !!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Was half way through my son's hair and barely touched my daughters. Accused them of having lice and then made my 11 yr old stand outside in the cold. Their dad brought them home and I thoroughly went through their hair before finding absolutely no signs of lice and calling back to complain at which time I was hung up on twice. My son's hair wasn't even completed nor looked nice at all but had no problem charging my husband full price for it. Had to call the 1800# will not be going back.

I showed the girl the picture I wanted my hair cut one length right at my shoulder so I can still put it at a ponytail and she cut my hair and layers when I got home I realized she cut it in layers I can't see very well which I told her I'm 66 years old and she cut in layers when I showed her a picture of it should be all in one length

Okay place for a hair cut, but their online app leaves a lot to be desired. It said I was checked in but when I got there my name was nowhere to be found.

Been there three times in the past few months to get a hair cut and beard shave off. Haircut is good but my beard look half shave. One time the stylist who shaved me was so rough it left scratches on my face.
