This CVS Pharmacy is located inside of the Wake Forest Target store. So it is a little different from a regular CVS as there is just the Pharmacy. It can get busy so there is usually a line in Target's vitamin aisle. So they could use more staff. I was able to get my COVID Boosters here and flu shot. They have a small area set up with chairs for vaccines. The website made scheduling easy and I could pick the location I wanted.

We have been getting our prescriptions here for years. We've had a few mishaps, but overall we are happy with this CVS. We would like to give a great rating to a woman named Shannon. She is knowledgeable,very personable and always helpful. It's a pleasure dealing with her.

Pharmacist Randy is the absolute worse!! Can't believe these. Big companies can get away with having their employees treat and talk to customers the way they do!!!

This pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves and the company should be ashamed of having them hold their name. Prescriptions are NEVER done on time, as expected. Staff (Lead Pharmacist and Manager, Randy has the worst ego of them all) is rude, dismissive, DEMEANING to clients AND doctor´s office representatives when they ask for prescription status. Don´t try to make an appointment for a vaccine either b/c they hung a rudimentary sheet of ripped paper with the words ¨no vaccines today. Sorry.¨ scribbled at their window, the day of my appointment I waited for for 2 weeks. Shameful that I came from such an incredible pharmacy in NY, only to transfer to this sham here in NC. Do yourself a favor and bring your business to the Walgreens on Durham Road, steps away from this guise of a practicing pharmacy.

I have visited this CVS store in side Target for 3 years. I have never, ever gone to this pharmacy without waiting with at least 3+ people ahead of me. Most of the time, as it was today, the wait line went down the aisle and around the corner. Only one person working check out as usual. I shop at this CVS because it's inside Target which makes it convenient for me to pick up groceries and other items. As of today I am transferring all of my prescriptions to CVS in Youngsville. They desperately need help. And they needed help before covid even hit. I really can't understand why such a busy pharmacy does not have the staff that it needs or at least have the staff that is working behind the counter filling prescriptions help people get their prescriptions before they continue to fill more prescriptions.

Today I was fussed at multiple times by an employee of this pharmacy. The first time I was asked by her if I needed any help and when I started to say that I needed a prescription, she cut me off and told me to leave because it was their lunch time (two minutes before and they were still helping another customer) and they were going to close the gate. The second time I returned after waiting 30 minutes for lunch to be over and she fussed at me and multiple other customers that we were in the wrong aisle and could we move to the aisle that was their actual pickup line. Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and frustrating. I do not appreciate this treatment at all. I would give negative stars if possible.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Took 3 trips, a call to my surgeon, a transfer to another CVS, and a comment saying “I just had surgery. The doctors office has time stamps of when my meds were sent. Can someone please help me?!”Left in tears. This location needs to be closed down.

Have always been Very happy with the CVS @ Target in Wake Forest!! We Love the receptionists and everyone behind the desk They are the nicest and most professional staff and always have the meds we need.Thank you CVS!!!

If I could give this pharmacy a negative rating, I would.I only give them a 1 because of Kate. Kate, was nice, understanding and tried to help . The other pharmacist working today with Kate was rude , short, unhelpful and cut me off several times. I had a prescription called in to CVS since Feb 4th and today is the 8th and I am yet to receive my prescription. More interestingly after speaking with a number of people, no one understands why I can’t get my prescription. The medication is stocked in the warehouse, but since it can’t grow legs to get on a bus to transfer itself to the pharmacy or my residence , then I’m at a loss. After speaking with several CVS Caremark staff I can infer that this is a systemic issue with a huge lack of coordination. Everyday someone tells me it will be reordered and they will return my cal with updates and nothing. I’m ashamed to see this lack of follow through. Thank God it’s not a blood pressure medication that my life depends on or I’d be in the ER, and there goes our high hospitalization cost. CVS Caremark, just send me my medication. Thank you.

Once again horrible! If you can help it do not go here! Just ran out bc I received a msg a rx was ready. Mind you: #1 I came earlier today to pick up meds and was not informed there was another one being field just to get a noticed 2 hours later. #2 I double checked online and it says pharmacy closes at 9pm. It is 8:20pm and the pharmacy side closed. There is no sign on pharmacy saying closed early due to CoVID. Please don’t waste your time going here. If you can go somewhere else do it to save yourself the headache.

Hunter is a great worker. He helped me checkout today and even made me laugh. He thought my name was Santa Maria lol. These masks don't help. Conversations like this made my day and definitely can make others days too!!!
